181	So.... it worked? Here's the thing though: While both men and women can be qualified for a job, some are better done by one or the other. For instance, heavy labor such as construction or heavy equipment usually requires more strength, which naturally (literally) makes it more male-dominated. Other jobs such as secretaries where small, fast hands are useful are dominated by the women.
