Unless by listening you mean constantly monitoring your body by proven scientific methods, you people seem to be into some fucked up new-age bullshit.

Which is not the way to go. Fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D and K build up in your body and you only spot the effects of overdosing when they get very serious.

Awful advice. Vitamin D is not water soluble. While certain suspension formulations may exist, keeping hydrated does not prevent you from overdosing.

The intake of any medication or supplement should be supported by solid scientific facts which are not based on anecdotal evidence. While OP isn't trying to sell us anything, the 'evidence' he provides is purely anecdotal and may be influenced by a whole lot more stuff that he isn't taking into account. Also, if you have a stomach ulcer, go seek professional medical advice for curing your fucking ulcer first.

Optimal levels cannot be determined by just taking something until it feels right and stopping just before it feels wrong. Researching stuff before taking it is the way to go.

The status of optimal health cannot be determined by listening to your own body.

even if I wanted to try to experience Ecstasy or other drugs, I'm allergic to morphine which is included in most drugs. Morphine and its derivatives are highly addictive drugs. One should keep away from them not just because one is allergic to them. Don't listen to the recommended dosage, but your own body. That's some fucked up advice.

From my experience: women will indeed offer emotional support and rarely solutions. And once they've offered their emotional support, they'll move on to pour their problems on you, for which they want support, not solutions. If you make telling them your problems a habit, they will distance themselves from you or, if you're in a LTR, dump your ass. Always solve your fucking problems and don't complain, especially to women, as there's nothing more self-degrading than that.

I have read a lot of your posts in the past few months. There has been one particular post that has dropped earth-shattering mind-altering truth on me and that post is Beta Game. And for that, I am forever indebted to you.

She probably sent that text to a lot of people and was too busy handling replies from willing betas to notice your amusement.

Spot on. Conversations about sports have been going on in the past century and will be going on for a long time. It's like social media. You can't ignore things that have become a fundamental part of day to day life.

I tried saving a friend from oneitis. Even when the knowledge I dropped on him directly applied to his situation, he's too plugged in right now. He'll get burned pretty soon, of that I'm sure.

I don't remember it, but it did say something about opening up to male friends.

NaturalNews.com? That site is utter manure that has nothing to do with real (medical) science. They're against everything that modern medicine stands for.

Displaying that you're orbiting some girl is hardly social proof. Goddamn right it ain't. I was fooled by the same illusion for years.

Too bad the thread was started in the wrong sub. I find this to be a great answer!

Holy shit, you're right. Although I've read No More Mr Nice Guy and Models almost a year prior, things haven't really clicked in until I have discovered TRP. Almost all the human relationships I've been involved in the past few years suddenly started to show their true nature: they were fucking toxic. I've only just begun the process of bettering myself and I feel much better.

I've gotten strong resistance from girls trying to go back to their place, but they are almost all ok with coming back to my place. Doesn't make sense to me logically, but it's what works. Some are utterly ashamed of the constant mess that they live in.

Their dating strategy might be characterised as seeking an idealised person that won’t be judgemental. There may be the belief that normal women making normal dating choices (dating attractive confident men) are ‘confused’ about what they really want in a partner. And so, there is the potential to project onto an ordinary woman that she is a near ideal goddess that is merely confused (a stalker style relationship). Attempts at dating are ad-hoc and potentially embarrassing (ex. gushing declarati…
