If you have the money go see a good therapist. Another thing would be trying to talk to every single person you come across. Haven't tried it myself but I think it would help greatly

Almost every problem a person has its often due to bad parenting. Even if you are an adult the relantionship with your family is a huge factor. This akward low self esteem behavior is proof, especially your 'fear' of women Source: I'm a psychology student

Use to struggle with this too. Well first you gotta make your brain understand that by being the nice guy you wont get anything. Go out more often, talk to people and make friends, go to parties. Only then you will understand that things like kissing and sex are reallly normal and nothing to be proud or ashamed of. Like other things in life, its nothing really special. You could try talking to psychologist tho, it may be a family related issue.
