You must force yourself to find things you enjoy. Lets say the hottest women asked for your number and wants to hang out with you and she says you pick the activity. Are you just going to say lets go straight to the bedroom because you don't like doing anything? What would you do for the date?

Here are 5 tools to practice: 1. Have n o expectations - so just chat without an emotional attachment. 2. Be willing to end the conversation - otherwise you'll seem needy. So something like "nice chatting with you, I'll see you around" and exit. 3. Share something relevant about yourself - maybe at a bar, tell them your favorite drink. 4. Be sincerely curious about them without an emotional attachment. So for example, ask them a question that you want to know the answer. Do this with everyone you see and meet. Not just women. Even random people at the gas station.
