Sorry my old roommate was a truck driver who kept trying all these diets and he did the keto diet and wouldn't lose anything. I looked at what he was eating and it was like 3000 calories a day. that's like body builder shit.

All you need to do is eat less than 2000 calories a day. You do not need any special diet or anything. I used to be fat. They used to call me the Fat Harry Potter. Four small meals a day that don't go more than 500 calories and you will shed fucking pounds. Nobody fucking listens to me.
