I’m not saying 20 year olds are mature or even necessarily adults- I’m saying they’re at a different stage of life and significantly more mature then a 16 year old. I’m my eyes, as someone who is 20, someone my age being attracted to a 16 year old is creepy and paedophilic.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 12:42 PM

Yeah but they are much closer to being fully developed and a lot more mature compared to 16 year olds.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 11:59 PM

I’m 20. Personally I view 16 year olds are children, I wouldn’t touch them. Then again if a 45 year old was hitting on me I’d be really creeped out. Overall I think a 16 + 20 would be worse. 20 + 45 is creepy but at least they’re both out of mandatory education centres.

A relationship I had with a guy was awful and I broke it off. When I tried to break up with him he made me feel guilty and when I said I didn’t know if I loved him he told me he loved me too. I was 15, he was 23.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/22 06:52 PM

That’s fine but I wouldn’t be picky about who you date you might be disappointed.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:09 PM

Actually I haven’t had sex, not that it’s any of your business. Even so, I wouldn’t dare someone like you. Even if I was single I wouldn’t date you because your opinions and personality are rancid. Also what about women?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:05 PM

What do you consider promiscuous? Having a boyfriend before you? Mate if you’re not a Virgin then don’t expect a Virgin.

Yes

Very true but that doesn’t mean or mitigate the fact that sex work is often done by people who think they have no other option and that sex workers are frequently abused.

Most women wouldn’t want to know. Although it is telling that you’re comparing consensual safe sex to prostitution which has a history of exploitation, abuse and rape.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 03:15 PM

I mean it’s none of your business who you partner has slept with before being with you unless they have kids or an STD.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 02:39 PM

Not always but it’s a common issue.

I’m not against sex workers or against it being an option, but it’s incredibly exploitative.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/21 09:52 PM
1

I’m not infantilising them, especially since this is something that also effects male sex workers. It’s not a good industry and it is often glamourised. The industry itself if the problem not the workers. Managers, directors, etc will push people beyond their limits, they will abuse people and heavily exploit them.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/21 07:52 PM
1

Sex work is by men for men. Porn, stripping and prostitution all exploit and abuse working class and women in poorer circles. It’s not empowering, it’s detrimental. The amount of pornstars, including some of the famous ones, who have come forward to talk about the abuse they’ve endured is astronomical.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/21 06:44 PM

Okay are we taking age gaps like 25 and 45 or like 14 and 34? Because ones okay and the other is definitely grooming.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/21 06:37 PM

I mean I don’t care if my partners seen a prostitute, unless you’re religious I don’t know why you would. I also don’t know why you’d need tell anyone about your sexual history unless you have an STD or something. Also I find it really creepy and weird how you said “discard” in regards to him dumping her, she isn’t an object that you throw away!

What do you mean by hiding your male sexuality? As someone who has been in friendship groups consisting of men and women generally the men haven’t hidden anything in regards to sexuality. They gleefully make sex jokes, dick jokes the works while the women often refused to talk about anything in relation to their sexuality. Furthermore if you’re talking about catcalling then yea you shouldn’t do that, that’s very impolite regardless of your sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/21 07:07 PM

14 and 21? You mean she was abused. That’s abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/21 05:56 PM

Also no ones saying you have to respect every women ever just don’t treat them like children.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/21 04:41 PM

Well my comment was in regards to men not respecting women they love and how in my experience that’s not necessarily true but for some men it is. So I personally am just talking about that. Sorry.

When it comes to your partner you should still listen and try and understand but if you marry or date someone you don’t view as an equal you are gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/21 04:13 PM

Treating someone with respect: treating them as an equal, listening to what they have to say, acknowledging them as an equal, caring about how they feel.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/21 02:24 PM

No he respects and adores her.

My dad respects my mum more then anyone else in the world, he adores her and me too. He was the only boy with 3 sisters and his dad was always at work so he kind of understood and respected women. Then again I know men who don’t respect their wives and I’ve been disrespected by men including men who claimed to love me. Humans are diverse and no two are identical, not even identical twins.

I avoid bigots including misogynists, if they happen to be RP or BP I don’t care. Misogyny is misogyny whether you pander or not. Generally I go for himbos or just generally sweet guys in terms of dating men, dating women I go for anyone who seems sweet or cool.

I don’t think the 80/20 rule is really a thing. Women have a lot more men to choose from while men have fewer women to choose from so the women chooses the best man she can get even if that man is part of the 80% and honestly if it was the other way around men would do the same.

There was a lot more to it actually. England and Spain had a nasty falling out and the alliance was in shambles, Catherine’s only purpose was to provide a male heir and maintain the alliance, she failed in both. He wanted a divorce before meeting Anne Boleyn but he became obsessed with Anne. Anne rejected Henry until she realised the good she could do by becoming queen which started the process.

I think it’s because women tend to be controlled a lot more then boys by their parents. Also for a lot of people boys are seen as more valuable; you aren’t expected to pay for either wedding, they continue the family name, etc etc. Where as girls often face a lot of societal pressure that kind gives mixed messages and on top of that if she becomes a teen parent she’s the one who has to deal with the consequences not the boy.

Honestly if a guy doesn’t want to date that’s fine but no one should be pressured into sex ever male or female.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/21 08:45 PM

I like traditionally feminine and masculine things but honestly sometimes it feels like girls are supposed to fit into a certain box and if we don’t we’re “Lib sluts” or “ugly”, etc.

-Beyond the bare minimum of decent -Any sex, I don’t care -Be attracted to me and I should be attracted to them -Good with communication -Open minded and honest -We should have similar goals -Patient -Similar political ideas, they don’t have to be a feminist, I’m kinda egalitarian but feminist leaning. Basically no racists, no homophobes, and no sexist Assholes. Honestly trying to find men who fit all these is hard, actually both genders these are hard qualities to find. A lot of men I’ve met ju…

I don’t support marriage, I think it’s wrong and honestly I think most of these issues come from a lack of communication. If you just want sex and not a relationship you need to communicate that likewise if a woman isn’t ready or feels intercourse is going to far she NEEDS to say something. Men are dumb and don’t know how to read distress signals the same way women do so we need to vocalise it, tell them to stop or to get off or in the least push or hit them away.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/21 08:21 PM
3

Imo if you want an attractive female or make virgin you have to be worth a virgin... that means being a decent person, being a virgin or in the very least haven’t slept with anyone you could, etc. Outside of that you don’t deserve a virgin, you don’t deserve a whore if you aren’t even the bare minimum of decent.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/21 08:14 PM

I’m okay with that. I’ll pay for myself and you pay for yourself and we good, no expectations. But even if you do pay that doesn’t mean you deserve it get sex. No one deserves sex, women are not inherently prostitutes and even if they were a £50 meal, most of which was for you, wouldn’t really be enough for a night of sex. £25 wouldn’t even be enough for a handjob from most prostitutes and if you’re going to be treating your dates like prostitutes you need to pay up.

That’s a good step but remember recovery and healing aren’t a straight line there will be ups and downs. You will struggle and that’s normal.

/r/askTRP28/01/21 01:24 AM

Yes I understood that, I’m just giving my opinion. I don’t think all that women would call criticism sexism and once again you’re basing this around anecdotes and I have a lot of anecdotes that would go against that. Which is why anecdotes tend not to work.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 11:22 PM
1

That depends. Is it a critique of individual women or a women as a whole to blame them for men’s issues? If your criticising female behaviour to blame them and shame them into taking responsibility for something that isn’t their fault such as men’s sexless was then yeah that’s sexist, but if you criticise women’s behaviours because it is actively causing harm that isn’t sexist such as criticising women for mistreating their boyfriends or for not being as comforting towards male victims of abuse …

Not real
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 11:07 PM

So you judge all women based on one sub that’s majority male? You seem to like over generalisations and judging others based on very little.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 10:58 PM
1

You made a claim that you tried to use me as an example to prove but that isn’t good enough so you now claim it wasn’t a claim. Basically admitting your hypothesis is entirely dependent on anecdotal evidence that honestly isn’t good enough and just an excuse to show distaste towards women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 10:46 PM
1

I will provide evidence of the claim once you provide proof of your claim that women aren’t as introspective
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 10:33 PM
1

I saw one of your posts about dating on the spectrum. So either 1. You are on the spectrum or 2. You are giving advice about something you have no idea about. Anyway you have yet to provide any proof of women being worse at introspection which I’m guessing means you don’t have any. So that view is entirely invalid. On top of that you are more then objectively critical, you actively blame women for problems you and men or the system have caused which isn’t good.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 10:12 PM
3

That isn’t good enough evidence. I’m sorry if you don’t have proof but I’m going to take your hypothesis with a grain of salt. I’ve read through your other posts and comments, you seem to blame women for a lot of issues you and men in general face. You seem to be unable to properly take personal accountability for your short comings and are looking for someone else to blame so for once it isn’t your fault. That’s not a solely masculine trait , most humans do it so don’t be offended. On top of th…

I don’t represent all women. I’m also young and not fully developed so like with most people my age group (18-24) my self criticising and introspection is not as good as someone over the age of 25. Also the same could be said for you and men, you clearly have bad introspection and struggle to self criticise so does that mean most men are the same? Of cause not. I’d like some actual statistics please.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 09:18 PM

Some are coerced or pressured and there’s a lot of abuse in the industry but a lot of people also really enjoy it. Both can be true.

To the first part I’d say yes but to the second not to a man. I don’t want marriage and I’d rather be in an LTR with a lady.

It’s funny. Also reminds me why you can’t trust or show any empathy towards men.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 07:32 PM
2

Once again do you have any evidence to support that claim? Furthermore men can be just as bad when they blame a lot of their problems on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 07:08 PM
1

I don’t agree. Do you have anything to back up you saying women are less self critical? Other than this sub
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/21 07:03 PM
1

Actually from my personal experience women are more introspective and self critical then men are. A lot of men on this sub are very ready to push responsibility for things that go wrong for them on women. They blame sexless men on women not the men themselves, they blame higher divorce rates on women without looking at the men on the other side and why so many women actually want a divorce, they blame women for systems men have created.

That’s not the fault of women alone. Is that because of women or because the younger generation can’t afford to get married. That’s because divorce is more acceptable and accessible. Single motherhood is not solely the fault of the woman, it takes two to make a baby. Stop blaming and shaming the parent who stayed. So because of some women’s bad choices all women should lose access to their freedom and Human rights? Everything you mention is not solely at the door of women, women contribute but s…

A lot of those are from feminist rhetoric but from my own experiences and the experiences of others. I used to be an MRA and I’d even say right wing when I was in my early to mid teens but as I got older and experienced more of the world I became more left leaning. A long time a go I sympathised with men who viewed all women as hypergamous whores and even tried to be that one girl who wasn’t like that. I relate to this too much. One day pushed so far I felt disgusting and gross, I cried after. I have fake orgasming more times then I can count so they go away. I’m not saying it’s rape but that doesn’t change how you feel after. Women need to learn to say no and be more firm even if it’s really fucking scary. I think we need to also treat rape against men and women more seriously, to me rape and serial sadistic murder should be punishable by the death penalty but that wouldnt happen. Also I thin…

Personal responsibility is not gendered in any way. Women can often take personal responsibility and are expected to as much as if not more then men. There’s a difference between taking responsibility/ giving advice for safety and victim blaming/shaming. On top of that guns cause more issues and are rarely used to help/defend. Personal responsibility is doing what you can to protect yourself and your family, it’s acknowledging when you fuck up and hurt someone else or an action you take (not wha…

Women aren’t bad at taking responsibility. We usually have to handle a lot of the burdens of the house and having/raising children. By raising the fucking kid. You think money is all it takes to raise a child? Please be kidding? Women often face more strict dress codes and rules regarding dress codes. In literal cases. No I’m talking about actual abuse. I wasn’t roasted, I was abused. I wasn’t talking about you. And they rarely succeed, if they are adults and consent to sterilisation they cannot sue their doctor and have no legal basis to sue. Weird because being abused has made me really despise men but that’s wrong because... men can do no wrong and generalising is bad when it’s against men. If a boy hits you he likes you. Getting grabbed by a stranger is a compliment, right? Being less likely to get pain meds or being taken seriously by doctors as well being more likely to be rejected for sterilisation is just not a problem, it’s fine.

No it isn’t. Sexism is viewing women as lesser and talking down to them. I’m very indifferent to men and I don’t view them as valuable life partners, they’re good for a fun time but that’s it. I prefer the company of women. That isn’t sexist that’s just who I am. Same way for men. But if you actively look down and talk down or over women that is sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 11:15 PM

Do you have any evidence or examples to support that?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 11:14 PM

May I ask what benefits and evidence of the benefits That’s true but let’s look at why that is. Women still face backlash and discrimination for going into male dominated fields, and for a long time women didn’t have the option to get any decent job. But even then we shouldn’t blame the parent who choose to stay.

Honestly you’re probably right. In my opinion your baggage should be between you and a therapist. Your partner isn’t entitled nor do they need to know your sexual and relationship history unless it will actively effect them and should only be mentioned after meeting. But something I will say is that men kinda do this too. I swipe left on a lot of men who either have nothing on their bio, shame women for something dumb or essential do something other then talk about themselves. “Single mums” I’m …

Once they hand over their rights that’s it, that’s NOT their child. They are not told if something happens to the child, they get no credit for how the child turns out and they CANNOT ever have custody of the child or grandchild and the only contact their can have with the child is about medical history, etc.

Oh baby baby baby, you clearly haven’t done your research. Vasectomies aren’t always reversible and as with the case of tubal litigation tubes can grow back or untie themselves. Vasectomies aren’t 100% effective. Good luck anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 11:37 AM
1

Oh honey, tubes can regrow and people have still managed to get women pregnant despite having a vasectomy. On top of that vasectomies aren’t always reversible. Also if you do decide you want it reversed so you can have a kid, the balls then in her court. As soon as she’s pregnant you lose all power, she wants an abortion? She doesn’t need your consent. She wants to keep it? Not up to you. Adoption? In some cases she wouldn’t even need your consent.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 12:30 AM

Well too bad, you control your fertility but if your vasectomy fails and you get someone pregnant that decision is solely on her now
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 12:27 AM

You can still have IVF or untie the tubes if you have a tubal litigation also surrogacy is a thing as well as adoption

So if a woman gets a hysterectomy or tubal litigation should she keep it a secret? That puts her reproductive power in HER hands 100%. Also i don’t give a fuck if you have a vasectomy you are still wearing a fucking condom, well not you but any man I fuck, I don’t care if you get the snip you are still wearing a condom and I am still taking birth control. And if I get pregnant, mans or not, I’m not keeping it.

From source I found; https://ncadv.org/blog/posts/domestic-violence-and-the-lgbtq-community you do have a point, DV is extremely high for lesbians however if we look at heterosexual women and Bisexual women they also have higher rates of being abused compared to heterosexual and LGBTQ men. The problem is that this attention from men isn’t always wanted and women have to extremely careful when it comes to dating or sex because of rape, abuse, etc. We have to be careful who we TALK to, who we reject, who we hang around with. Are you fucking kidding? You rarely know the person is abusive until you’re gaslit and manipulated and dependent on them due to their abuse. It is always the abusers fault. Women take accountability constantly. When men walk out on a child, who stays? The mother. Who gets blamed for a man walking out on his child? The mother.

Oh boo hoo, women spend their lives being viewed as sexual objects, as toys, as things to be played with not cared about or wanted. Do you know how it feels to be told your only worth sex? Men marry for sex, women marry for protection.

Also there are several species where females provide. On top of that the reason men are the providers in nature is because women are supposed to be caring and having children although humans have evolved beyond that and if women faced less discrimination and had time to get into more top positions women wouldn’t need men to be providers as much, we’d still go for the best man we could in terms of genes but solely for the purposes of healthy offspring.

Women are expected to give men what they want regardless of how we feel about it especially once we’re married. Some people still believe you can’t rape someone you’re married or dating. However the belief that men are more sexually charged then women leads to problems where male rape victims aren’t believed which needs to stop. All rape victims are valid regardless of their gender or the gender of the perpetrator.

Oh really, England and most of the world don’t have a draft and they’re fine? It’s not about not wanting to do it, it’s about the fact that the draft is in general pointless particularly when there isn’t a war. I didn’t call you a misogynist... nor do I think most of you are, I just think the draft problem could be solved. And it’s not just MRAs that talk about that shit, surprisingly a lot of feminists care about it too. Do not put words in my mouth. I have looked at your arguments, in fact why…
/r/MensRights11/05/20 06:38 PM
0

I disagree. Getting rid of the draft is not overhauling the system and the draft isn’t even necessary. What is even the point of the draft? And why when it comes to equality do men always focus on punching back and the draft? The draft shouldn’t exist and regardless of gender you should only hit someone in self defence. I’m sorry but the right to vote is something every adult should have regardless of whether they have to sign for the draft. It effects them, it’s their lives too.
/r/MensRights11/05/20 08:36 AM
0

OR EVEN BETTER have no one have to sign up for the draft, like get rid of it completely. And even though women don’t have to sign up for the draft that doesn’t mean women shouldn’t be able to vote. If it effects their lives and their existence and they have the knowledge and capability to vote then they should be able to vote.
/r/MensRights10/05/20 09:52 PM

Strangely a lot of women are very much on the “Support male rape victims,” as opposed to men, even stranger when it comes to female victims WOMEN are the biggest questioners. It’s weird. And goals like making it easier for all rape victims to come forward, making divorce court fairer, equal treatment and opportunities for everyone.
/r/MensRights09/05/20 11:27 PM
1

Of cause it’s bad, but it’s utterly pointless to pay attention to it. Make fun of it but don’t treat it like it’s serious because that’s what they want and that’s what makes them tick. They want to get under your skin and when you do this type of shit you giving them more of a platform and making them seem even more serious.
/r/MensRights09/05/20 11:25 PM

So don’t take stupid hashtags seriously. They don’t represent all women or all feminists like MGTOW and incels don’t represent you. #killallmen is TERF shit.

They do have the ability tho... particularly in America where all it takes is a gun. They might not kill ALL men but they’d still kill some.!
/r/MensRights09/05/20 11:22 PM

Also once again men can be just as bad. There are groups of incels and MGTOW that want all women to be sex slaves and forced to have sex with them. Does anyone take them seriously? No because they’re literally useless, just like the women who do the #killallmen.
/r/MensRights09/05/20 11:21 PM

They can’t or they won’t because they aren’t actually serious?

In an ideal society the child wouldn’t be born or wouldn’t be in her own custody. Rapists should have no rights to child even their own. The perpetrator should be executed publicly and have her body given to science and the victim of the rape should be able to do as they please with the offspring whether that be raise it, abortion or adoption. But in this world yes he will most likely have to pay child support, that doesn’t mean he should have to but unfortunately the world is pretty shitty...

I mean not what I’m saying. I’m just saying men can’t really talk. Like #killallmen is usually a joke albeit it not a funny one but a joke never the less, same with the term “wallet” and also when men refer to women as “Dishwashers” and wanting to repel the 19th amendment. It’s not serious...

Tbf men have been perpetuating ideas like getting rid of women’s right to vote and saying some pretty sexist things too.

First half of that title I was looking at my phone thinking about calling someone until you said “(18-24)”. Thank fuck you were talking about young women not young girls.

Oh but it’s okay because he’s besties with Shane Dawson (I’m joking). Yeah I know but like with a lot of predators, he’s rich and famous so he can get away with it.

Wait isn’t exposing someone’s DP and doxing them a form of revenge Porn? So therefore the person who does it is a criminal and should also be doxed for revenge porn?

He’s a disgusting person. Like he was mates with Dahvie Vanity who he later claimed her saw touching kids (only to go back a year later and be best buds with him) and who is known to be sexually perverse towards underage girls, he falsely accused James Charles of sexually harassment and molestation, he himself has sexually assaulted someone (video above), he used to be super racist and so much more. But he gets a pass because he’s a rich gay guy whose friends with Shane Dawson.

I know it happens but the problem is how it’ll be viewed. People will struggle to believe him due to her age and gender, that’s a societal issue.

I love animals, and I know the dog likely didn’t understand but it cannot be adopted out. For the safety of other children. God knows what the people adopting the dog will want with him... god knows. There are evil people out there who exploit children. The focus should be on the survivor, he needs help.

Wtf? Where were the parents? Why was a 2 year old alone with a dog? How tf did that even happen? Wtf is wrong with that dog that it actually penetrates a fucking human? Why are people adopting this dog? What’s going on?

It’s because the abuser is a 16 year old girl which puts doubt in people minds. It’s wrong, absolutely but let’s say you saw the newspaper title “Man claims he was raped Abby 16 year old,” what would be your first thought?

Or it could be that he looks unclear or maybe doesn’t smell the greatest. Women don’t like that, if you smell bad and don’t put effort into looking nice while we do why would we be interested?

I’m a bisexual woman. Men to me sometimes just seem all about sex whereas I want commitment and a relationship. I find women so much easier because I’m less scared, I’m not as scared about being abused or manipulated, I feel like I’m with someone who understands me but dating men is scary and difficult.

It’s sad that so many of the commenters are men, they’ve been taught that men are such sexual deviants that they should want this but that women is a monster, a rapist and a molester as well as a pedophile. 3 years is not long enough, it should be 10 or 20 or even the death penalty.

It’s alright, i kind of understand your situation a little. I wasn’t accused of anything but I’ve been in abusive and toxic relationships and it can really warp your view of the world and yourself, i want as few people as possible feeling alone in that.

I’m glad you’re doing better, just remember it’s okay to ask for help if you need it and do not settle for a girl like that. She’s the type that is just filled with anger and hate and you are worth more than that. You are a strong man.

With a man i want him to Treat me as an equal, as an adult and not someone he needs to look after. I want someone who puts in the same effort as I do, someone who doesn’t complain all the time about life and how unfair it is or how horrible and evil women are. My biggest gripe with men is when they don’t listen, when it’s all about their hardships and I’m just there to be a servant and sex doll who isn’t supposed to think. I wish the posters would understand that their experience with women isn’…

It isn’t real, it’s just a way to silence people (men) so they feel guilty about being masculine. Feminism demonise masculinity while pressuring women to get rid of their femininity. Feminism turns women into men and men into women.

I agree that courts shouldn’t give so much to women, most women work which is fine, so alimony isn’t really necessary unless one partner is a house partner or stay at home parent. However I don’t think all Western women want it easy. My mother, grandmothers worked hard not just working but taking care of children. And I want the same. I want to work hard. A problem I see is men complaining about women working but complaining when they don’t since they want an “easy life”, what is it that you’d l…
