I would also add that while I don't believe in participating in the truama Olympics with others I've noticed a pattern. Men with unhealed truama (in my experiences) will in one breath tell you that you are so strong and they could never handle the same ( abandoment/neglect/rape/etc) and in the next breath or in arguments let it slip that "You didn't have it as bad as me because my parents called me stupid all the time and I believed it ." 101	Reasons I changed my mind on having children and all the aspects of motherhood society does not want to acknowledge: I have a relative who started having seizures during pregnancy and after giving birth. Its been 8 years of narrowing down what causes them, what triggers them what aides or reduces frequency and everytime she goes in for more assessments they recommend getting pregnant & giving birth because "Thats what started it maybe that will fix it".
