Because of how the title is written I dont know if this is a troll post or not. But anyway, there is a sub called NoFap where people believe (this applies better to porn addicts) that cutting off masturbation will give you great benefits for example more clarity of mind (no more brain fog, if you had it) or cure a porn induced erectile dysfunction (PIED) . I guess that's what he means.

Not really, most of them are not aware. Only those who have seen it with their eyes know it but in general people here are brainwashed beyond belief. It wasn't exactly invented by a woman. Personality types were invented by Carl Jung and she just took those types and created some indicators and a test to fit people on it. Jung invented those types during his career as a psychyatrist because he noticed some patterns in his patients and then wrote a book about that. MBTI it's an attempt to identify those types in people using a test which doesn't mean that those types aren't real.
