Y'all can downvote me into oblivion out of your own ignorance but I've worked in bars and restaurants my entire adult life and I absolutely know the laws on this. You cannot legally have a BAC over .0825 ANYWHERE in public in the USA. A bar is a public place even if it is privately owned. State liquor agencies can even do stings where they come in and breathalyze patrons they suspect are over the legal limit.
