Tall women look like models so I don’t know why that matters.

90-95% of male murder victims killed by other men were drug or gang related. Men are murdered when they put themselves in illegal situations, women are murdered by people they trust and love. How is it even comparable?

Those women are just looking out for us younger women, because they know what it’s like to have an old creepy guy hit on them, as a young woman. It’s gross and uncomfortable and they know we don’t know how to say no, so there able to do it for us.

The reason older women try to warn younger women is because not to long ago they were those young women. And they understand what it’s like to be a barely legal women trying to navigate the world for the first time and having some old creepy guy hit on them. These women have no real reason to be jealous because at least in my experience these guys are pretty gross anyway lol.

As a younger women I’m excited for the day that I become older and my beauty fades so men will finally leave me alone. And as a younger woman I wish older men would stop trying to get with me. WE DONT LIKE OLDER MAN WE WANT MEN OUR AGES.

You’re really comparing a violent crime like raping or murdering someone to prostitution. Also the prostitute is being trafficked by a pimp who is a man.
/r/MensRights23/11/23 04:38 PM

Not all of them are self reported tho. Also men are more likely to have narcissistic personality disorder. men are more likely to commit crimes. Why lack of empathy.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 11:00 PM

I’m assuming english isn’t your first language. The fact that men are on average less empathetic than women is a scientific fact. That’s why most violent crimes are done by men.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 08:19 PM

Physical strength can also be defined by societal structure. There are different types of physical strength, that women excel in more than men. Example women have stronger immune systems. But thats not celebrated in our society like the type of strength men have. Even so there are some women who are able to lift heavier than men, nothing really cut and dry. But it seems men are okay with the broad statements, about them being stronger, because it gives them an ego boost.

I think you miss understood my reply. Why would science make the myth that women are more empathetic than man. Why do men only believe in science when it benefits them. The majority of violent crimes are done by men, why because there less empathy. This is a scientific fact.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 08:00 PM

I would agree but in one of the studies all countries that participated agreed that women were more empathetic.

That wasn’t my intention, i’m not sure what made it sound like that. Stating that i understood why they did it is overly sexist and excluding male voices? I even said I didn’t think it’s okay, I just said I understood. And went back to how this is how the patriarchy hurts men.

Wow I was actually enjoying my conversation with you okay than.

Ya then my stance would stay the same. I’m assuming you have no interest in getting back to the whole is it patriarchal or matriarchal discussion. It appears I made you upset. If you plan to comment on my reply about how that law could come back to the patriarchy then great if not imma log off.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 06:14 AM

No I don’t, can you get to my point about the patriarchy. Also you said you wondered if I had the same feelings about suicide. which the same argument can be made since more women are affected in the sense they attempt suicide just not succeed. I’m not saying it’s okay i’m saying it makes some sense if you take emotions completely out of it. All the more reason why emotions are important when it comes to making decisions. So no never said it was okay, but I do think it’s a result of the patriarc…

Strength has been defined in different ways by people ever since the word was created. If you are talking about force, that’s one thing, but strength is an umbrella term.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 04:15 AM

I hit a nerve didn’t I.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:49 AM

Ya that’s ONE definition.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:48 AM

Yes a gender bias in man’s favor, psychology and sociology is a type of science by the way.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:47 AM
1

That’s just not correct, women’s muscles are better able to handle muscle fatigue. Women are able to survive in times of famine, and disease better than men. Women on average live longer than men. And handle blunt force trauma better than man. Women have stronger immune systems than men. Strength can be defined in different ways that’s not a hard concept to understand.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:44 AM

Okay, so when you said a very small percentage of women are stronger than men. What’s that small percentage, where did you get that from? The grip strength study?
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:11 AM

Also is this where you get your information.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 03:05 AM

I think you’re misunderstanding, there are multiple ways to define physical strength. Showing me this doesn’t answer my question. You said a very small amount of women are stronger than men. What’s a very small percentage 3 percent, 20 percent. And in what way are men stronger, in terms of lifting weights? Because my example was a woman that’s been lifting weights could be stronger than a man who doesn’t. An average woman could be stronger than a man who is disabled. Yes men have a natural advan…

Why would this be a myth, science is a male dominated field. They have no reason to make the myth women are more empathetic. If anything they would make the myth men are stronger than women. As a way to justify the patriarchy
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:36 AM

So what do you believe, where do you get your information.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:32 AM

You said the differences in strength are clear cut. Which they aren’t depending on how you define strength. You chose to focus one grip strength which is a very specific. You also said its a very small percentage of women who are physically stronger than man. Once again you’re not being specific enough, are you talking about grip strength. What’s this very small percentage of women, do you know or did you make it up. Also there is evidence in all the studies I sent you.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:30 AM

I don’t either.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:20 AM

Show me the strength distribution tho, not just grip strength, overall. You say it’s a very small portion, are you speaking on grip strength, because i’m arguing that just saying men are stronger than women is too broad. There’s a difference between talking about the averages of strength and saying strength is clear cut. Which you did. Because one there are different types of physical strength, grip strength is just the one you decided to focus on.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:18 AM

No offense but i’m not gonna just take your word for it.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 02:02 AM

That’s the problem it isn’t clear cut, grip strength is very specific but men often make the broad statement men are stronger than women. There are women with higher testosterone, there are women that can deadlift over 600 pounds. There are men that are disabled, so it’s interesting how you find strength to be cut and dry purely based on grip strength.

Going back to your first comment I think you got empathy mixed up with sympathy. Empathy is defined as understanding what someone’s feelings, sympathy is caring. Those are the definitions.

Okay, then the .gov and .edu articles I have shouldn’t be garbage to you. Also you don’t trust .com but think wikipedia is useful. Wikipedia is a .com that anyone can edit.

1st physical strength is a word that has multiple definitions. Strength can be defined as the things i’ve already stated. 2nd You even think the government and college level articles are garbage. How do you define garbage, you better not use wikipedia.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 12:26 AM

Do you think people are less likely to specify what type of physical strength they’re speaking about vs emotions. Because our society sees physical things as more simplistic. And do you think the type of strength usually men have is more often celebrated than the type women usually possess.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 12:17 AM
2

If you read my other comments you would understand saying man are in general stronger is too broad of a statement. But men have no problem saying that without specification. If you’re talking about sports then yes, but strength can be defined in many different ways which I have already stated in other comments.

Show me where they supports rape culture. Send it to me please. because it seems like you’re just picking and choosing what you wanna believe.

Ya, i’m getting you two mixed up. I will admit.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 12:03 AM

Physical strength just like empathy can be debated depending what you define as strong. Not to mention there are women with higher testosterone and men with lower. So I wonder why the blanket statement men are stronger is so wildly excepted. But the empathy comment gets so much pushback.
/r/MensRights22/11/23 12:02 AM
1

What i’m saying is the saying man are stronger is too much of a blanket statement, for the reasons I just stated but it’s widely accepted. You say the difference is one’s physical but there are different types of physical strength which I think we agree with.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:56 PM

I’m one this sub because I want to hear the opinions of people who don’t agree me. Physical strength can be subjective in the terms of if the person works out, if they’re sick, disabled or just have bad genetics. Also strength just like empathy can be defined in different terms, I personally think it takes alot of physical strength to push a person out of you and not die. But the blanket statement that men are stronger than women is still widely accepted. And no i’m not trolling i’m actually try…
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:49 PM

Well there are things that women excel at physically that aren’t deemed as strong or celebrated like the type of strength men have. Women are stronger in the sense of stronger immune system, ability to survive blunt force injury and times of famine and disease. But the notion men are physically stronger is still widely expected, so is it really different. Physical strength can also be measured in different ways and is subjective, but men rarely say that when it comes to physical strength.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:42 PM

If I said the same thing about physical strength it would be different though, wouldn’t it.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:36 PM

Also the third one is government level, how are you able to decide research you want to believe.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:33 PM
-4

Also i’m not saying any gender is better, i’m asking why one idea is excepted and the other isn’t.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:30 PM
-5

Some of these articles are peer reviewed research and news articles that’s lazy research.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:28 PM
-6

That’s the hypocrisy though, why are you able to expect men are stronger than women. But the idea that women are more empathetic is subjective. Is strength not subjective, what makes it different.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:26 PM
-13

But physical strength and endurance isn’t, when women say the same thing about that all the sudden it’s 99% of men are stronger than all women. It’s the hypocrisy that’s bothers me. Like men often say, it’s not about feelings but logic. And there is evidence backing this up.
/r/MensRights21/11/23 11:18 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
