Sexuality has literally nothing to do with femininity or masculinity. Use some critical thinking skills, maybe!

False equivalency. “Husband material” typically refers to an LTR which is much less vulgar. When a woman calls a man husband material it doesn’t mean “damn I would fuck the shit out if you”. That isn’t a compliment to anyone, man or woman.

I have only ever heard “husband material” as a serious compliment. It is more so a “damn, that is the kind of man I want to marry” in relation to positive traits. Similarly, I have heard “wifey material”. Same thing. Honestly, it has less to do about the receiver of the compliment and more to do with the giver. They are expressing that this person checks all of their boxes for a good partner. Everyone has different standards and expectations, so naturally the use of it would vary. I am sure ther…

Yes, I think a lot of RP frustration comes from trying to appeal to women as a whole, when what women want varies quite a bit. I agree, Chads are not as in high demand as they are made out to be. A lot of women actually avoid that archetype! I am one of them. I understand that may be frustrating to a guy just trying to land a date, but the stereotyping and dislike of women that stems from that is what keeps me away from red pill tbh. I would also argue that, while women have more icks than men, …

Then that isn’t being friendzoned, that is being strung along. Friendzoning can only happen if one party makes their interest clear verbally, and the other responds that they would rather be friends. There has to be some kind of denial. If a guy makes his intentions clear and she never says no but never says yes, I would argue that the absence of yes is no. But even then, that is shitty of her and she could be maliciously stringing him along- very different to a friend zone.

She said no so why would you still consider that an option?

I am not a fan of when red flags and icks are grouped together like they are synonymous or share the same function. I think looking for legitimate red flags is important when dating! It would suck to waste your time on someone manipulative or even just unkind. Icks are much sillier, but I would argue that they are still valid even when they are stupid. As I have seen it in pop culture, an ick is something arbitrary that changes the perception of someone entirely (somewhat like a pet peeve). Whil…

Not being a dick should be universal

In my experience, little girls/young women are often socialized to be more polite than boys. I even see it now in my nieces and nephews. Not saying that is universal, but it has been an observation throughout my life. That being said, yes, people should respect each other regardless of gender.

Men can want whatever they want idfc. Women can want whatever they want idfc. If he wants his wife to simultaneously mother him and shower him with sex, that’s cool. There may be some women into that idk. Most women I know don’t want to be her husbands mother and whore, and that’s fine too. Just find someone you are compatible with, lord.

My question was “what does teaching respect have to do with anything”. I understand what you are saying, but you aren’t answering my question.

What does teaching respect have to do with anything? Should people not respect each other ?

Yeah, really I would just say that people are complex in general, regardless of gender. It is cool to be more comfortable with men or find that you get along better with men, but to paint women in a negative light in comparison is a little sketchy imo.

I think the discussion of goals and standards is what is needed in this conversation. For me personally, health is important! But if my partner is going through something serious that causes him to slip, or even is just struggling in general, it isn’t like I am going to leave him. I am here to support him, even over the things that he can technically control, because life can be difficult and there are so many ways that life can kick you down. However, if my partner isn’t going through anything …

How come? The only way I personally feel comfortable getting into a relationship is when it starts off with friendship. My bf and I became fast friends and started dating about two months later.

For me personally, thinking someone is cute or pretty is not the same as being attracted to them. I see pretty people all the time and think “wow, she/he is gorgeous”! But I can really only become attracted to someone when I have a grasp of their character. If a man is kind to me on more than one occasion, that is usually when it happens, but that is very rare and I usually just move on lol.

From what I have seen online, and correct me if I am wrong ofc, the manosphere exists purely for regurgitating the ideology that makes them the most profit. They prey on men’s low self esteem. The “chad” that men are constantly compared to, while based on an archetype found rarely in real life, is completely fictional. Selling this to you ensures that you feel like shit, and in turn, keep watching (and in some cases buy shit from pickup artists). Maybe my sample of the manosphere is small, but a…

I don’t think that you can generalize an entire gender like this and be correct. I think that there are some women that have no interest in stable relationships, and that these women can be found in specific areas. Honestly, I understand that it is intimidating, but if you get off of dating apps or searching for women at clubs, you will see just how varied the wants and needs of women are. I think it is just all about finding someone compatible for you, and spaces dedicated to dating have been o…

It is so wild that the dating scene is so toxic that marriage is an issue to discuss. I would always ask about thoughts on marriage and the most common response from men would be, “yeah, I totally wanna get married” and then we would talk longer and they would offer me something casual because they weren’t looking for commitment. Overall, it was just too much for my fragile heart lol. Thank you! I hope things work out for you as well

I was a woman who was content being single for years because the dating scene is so shit that I didn’t want to have to deal with it. All of the attention that I had gotten from men was purely sexual and/or off-putting. I have never wanted anything casual or a situationship of any kind. Actively looking for a REAL date because you are searching for a true connection (I was for a few months) is not common, and I felt beat down in not finding any man with my same mindset. In comparison to constantl…

As a woman, I would just prefer if someone were direct with me. Honestly, I have felt betrayed on some level before in learning that a man didn’t actually want to be my friend, but just casually have sex. That being said, the friend route can be good as long as you are genuine and happy to be her friend. Once you ask her out, make sure that she feels that her friendship is still valued.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
