1	So my [29F] girlfriend's doctor refuses to install permanent birth control on her, but has no problem suggesting that I [29M] should get a vasectomy instead. Thoughts? It may be that one procedure is reversible and the other isn't. I believe a vasectomy is reversible though I do not know that for a fact and I know nothing about the procedure your partner wanted. It may be that because the procedure is permanent they will only do it on people who are older, in case people change there minds or whatever reason they have. You are asking me to prove something which is inherently true. Dying is suffering therefore dying in war makes you a victim of war. If you want to use your logic people who die are victims as they are suffering the discomfort of not being alive. Not calling soldiers, whom throughout history have regularly been Men forced to fight, victims of war is a bit of an oxymoron. If someone murdered you you would be a victim of their crime, the fact that you were dead does not change that you died wrongfully at their hands and are the victim of their crime. 4	Serious question: why is the Mens Rights Movement so opposed to feminism? Feminist groups regularly oppose actions to make women and men more equal. This can be from protesting men's right's groups and stopping them from being able to talk (such as those CAFE talks which were disrupted and shut down by feminists) to lobbying against bills that would, for example, giving child custody to the mother in a divorce when neither side has good reason to be denied access to their child. It is an art rather than a science, my understanding is that it is based around theory rather than fact and that whilst those theories may be based on facts they are not necessarily provable or always correct. Its in a similar league to sociology and economics (especially macroeconomics). Pseudoscience is a bit harsh as it implies the study is lesser or valueless but I think he means to say that it is not a science in the same way biology would be.	/r/MensRights	03/04/14 08:40 PM
5	If you think feminism is about equality... I can't stand people who hide behind fake niceness to make themselves look anything but controlling, one woman even forces an interviewee away from the reporter whilst telling her not to speak to the reporter.
