Meh, Had plenty of work flings and relationship. Hell, Most of my relationships have happened from meeting girls at work. Yeah some of them turn sour, but it's never affected work performance or my job in general. If you let a little awkwardness get in the way of your job, you have other problems that need to be addressed.

If they talk to you, ask them questions back. Obviously if they approach you, they're into you. The hard part is over. You could literally say anything. If they dance with you, grab them by the hips or hands and direct them. Like i said earlier, if they make the approach, you can basically do anything. Shit you could grab them and kiss them most likely. If they look at you weird, just tell em you've been wanting to do that all night to her.

I'm the same exact way. I can keep a conversation going forever, but it always ends up talking about our jobs, background, etc. A lot of times, I know for a fact the girl is in to me, but I seemingly cannot turn the conversation into something more than what a stranger would talk about with another stranger. I'd love to know how to change the tone of the conversation into something that connects two people. Something that creates energy and a spark.

Agreed on all points. I would like to point out that these numbers will increase with the increase in experience and skill. Seduction is a skill that can only get better with practice. It's like shooting a basketball. If you've never shot in your life, you'll probably make about 1 out of 10 freethrows. If you practice every day for a month, that number could easily go up to two or three out of ten. If you devote your life to shooting a basketball, you will most likely be shooting damn near 90-10…

I actually disagree with calling. Not that it doesn't work, but modern day women people have a lot of shit going on. If some girl I just met called me at work the next day, i'd text her and see what she wanted. Just use texting to arrange an in person meeting. Nothing else, till you two are on a personal and fun level. That's always been my policy.

Yes, some places are absolutely terrible. And some places are simply too small to have a good nightlife. For instance I used to live out in west Texas for a bit after college, I was in a town of about 50k. There were about 3 good bars, but it really took some work to even find an attractive girl. I then moved to Austin, Tx, It is a gold mine here. The average guy with no experience can pull a K-close just by playing the numbers game and approaching as many girls as you can find.

I honestly think you can avoid painful silences in just about every situation.
