I'm actually quite positively surprised at the reactions in r/relationships. Though I feel this is because 90% or more of the ppl writing the reactions have been in the situation of the guy and really can't take sides with the girl in this particular case because they can relate.

Depends on who they are and on what site you want to use it on as a profile picture. Are they friends of you and you make this your facebook profile picture? -> Yes, you can. They were just chicks you met going out and you want to make it your profile picture for facebook? -> Obviously, No. -for a dating site/app like tinder -> No, even if you know them. That's just how I personally see it though bro.

If I never fapped I would have made sooooooooooooooooooooo much more bad decisions concerning women, especially exes. If people are genuinely happy and proud that they don't do it that's cool, but I hate the ones that think that they're superior because of it.
