The best advice I got in this situation was actually from my dad: If she stops sending any signs, just wait 2-3 days and just call her. Once in the morning and if she doesn't answer, call 6-7 hours later, best in the evening. If she doesn't respond or call back, you have your answer, she's 100% ghosting you.
