0	Thought this belonged here Didn't I just wrote that the erectile tissue stays the same? The fat deposit at the base of the penis hides up to two inches. That means you can't use those two inches and it looks shorter. Plus you measuring tape will not be able to measure those 2 inches. If that deposit goes away, you can now use the full length of the penis (well the part not inside the body) and it will look 2 inches longer, and you are now able to measure the whole lengths from public bone to glans penis. 2	Thought this belonged here It works cause non doctors measure the penis length from the base. Which can be covered in up to 2 inches of fat. Thus a 5 inch penis that was measured on the top will suddenly turn into a 7 inch penis once you lose that fat. Obviously the erectile tissue will not suddenly gain in length.
