HR is a problem for men. And it's cut throat for women. It's funny I heard my wife talking to another female colleague the other day, saying the another female co.worker was causing issues and being difficult as she was probably on her period. They both were chuckling about that. I imagine what would happen to a man suggesting female coworkers were causing issues by being on their period. You know trades pay 2x what you could get in HR

I have run many peer support mental health groups in Canada, and everyone men and women are always taken seriously. So it really depends on what you are looking for. I wish there were more groups around, the pandemic really destroyed a lot of the groups that I used to attend. But they are still out there. Trying searching for groups in your area.

She won't get more than 6 months probation. If she had a male accomplice as has been suggested waiting in a car, she will roll him under the bus, and he will be the primary target of the justice system. He will get the jail time. Unless he is from certain racial groups that by law in Canada have to be given lower sentences or court diversion.

There is good science that explains the issue. Since a female can only carry 1 child and spread her genes to only 1 child, it is in the females best interests to get the best mate possible. To get the best genes and the most resources to ensure that child's survival. The male is not limited to 1 female/child at a time, and the best option for passing his genes on is to mate with as many females as possible.

All studies are getting worse. With females making up most post grads these days, they are becoming more and more biased. Then their anti male biased "studies" are peer reviewed by more anti male biased researchers. So then it gets labeled as good science. Glad I am 6'2" and not dating anymore. My wife is 5'2, and most of her friends that height won't consider under 6. Guess they like looking up to their man. Kind of silly. Female expectations these days are far beyond crazy.
