1	Make sure to not treat men like ATMs either. In reality even reaching for the detergent bottle takes more than 3 seconds, and you have to put it back too. I'm honestly impressed if someone can actually do the whole thing under one minute (and prove it, talk is cheap). Just measured my performance and personally it takes like 3 minutes to get the machine running, I guess some optimizing and practice could bring it down to 2 minutes, but there's no way I could do it under one minute without making it completely artificial excercise.
