Sorry but I think this is the wrong subreddit for you. Maybe try and check out Married Red Pill/TRP, especially for dread game material. Good luck!

I did his laundry yesterday and while putting it on the laundry rack he comically judged my work. I also cleaned his desk and his Wii U shrine. But we go on a spa weekend in one hour paid by him so I got that going for me which is nice : D

Also, Athol Kay of MMSL talks about male physical self-improvement all the time. In one of his books he even encourages males to wear sexy underwear. Badly written and investigated, Rebecca Reid.

Besides the usual things - He loves that I am (positively) crazy sometimes and support his craziness with my actions. Like turning off light switches with tae kwon do kicks or suspecting coworkers of being super sayains because of their names.

Depending on the silicone "quality" washing it will not suffice. Better to avoid it in the first place : D

In Germany it's not sulfates we worry about but silicones. Avoid silicones by all cost, they form layers around your hair so nutrients can't reach it anymore. Silicones are all ingredients that have an "-one" at the end. Sulfates aren't that bad. Also keratin doesn't work besides creating an illusion. You can't magically repair damaged hair.

Try arranging a date on daytime. Demonstrate you have more to offer than a nice body. As someone already mentioned before, cook for him (IF the private setting doesn't let your temptations control you). I've read that women fall in love during/after sex while men fall in love when they have the prospect of sex. This doesn't mean you should respond to his sexual allusions but to be around him looking nice and giving off a positive, light-hearted vibe.

I slightly disagree with showing appreciation to men IN GENERAL. In general, I show appreciation to everyone who does something nice/"deserves it". If someone opens a door for me, I say thank you in a friendly tone no matter if it was a man or a woman. Special treatment/appreciation is something reserved for my man only. More day-to-day friendliness and consideration are supportable things nonetheless :)

You're a real friend. I can't stand these "social chameleons" who only agree with you so you tell them more about your problems and they have some gossip to spread. If I was ever that drunk, I would wish for a friend to put me back in my place.

Playing old Nintendo games Because of the shape of my eyes he sometimes calls them half-moon eyes and then adds how cute he thinks I am and begins to tickle me. This often turns into a tickle-fondle-fight :-)) Re-watching anime series we both liked as children together and then share memories, favourite scenes and characters

Yes, hypergamy is real. But feeling and acting on it are two entirely different things. If I have a nice meal which normally contains everything I like and need, sometimes I still crave a piece of chocolate cake or a bowl of ice cream afterwards but simultaneously I know there would be no long-term benefit from acting on my desires. The only advantage would be a short reward. So, in short, I set the following "rules" for myself: Have a meal which already satisfies your needs both short- and long…

Track all my meals and workouts on Myfitnesspal - this helps me get an overview pretty much. Don't overeat on the weekend. No nagging. Cook at least 3 times and include more salad. Start collecting data for my PhD. I push this away from me all the time

Very nice idea! :-) What would be potential goals? Maybe "don't nag"-week or daily exercise? No sweets? Smile at 10 strangers daily?

Don't talk about it, live by it! And if you really feel the need to talk about it with your boyfriend, try to avoid signal words like "red pill".

German again :-) Frozen Strawberry is right about marriage being not such a thing here. But I wouldn't consider this unfavourable; the whole "ring by spring omg I have to marry!!"-thing seems very artificial, superficial and bloated to me. Because marriage isn't the norm here in your twenties, non-married LTR are considered much more serious and comparable to long-lasting married relationships in the US. You really spend a long time with a person instead of putting on a diamond ring to brag on I…

I can not tell from dating experience but I was in the Dominican Republic in February and there were a lot of Americans as well (my boyfriend and me are German). We both pay much attention to our nutrition and fitness and what we observed was frightening. There were about 20 couples of our age in the hotel and of those, 15 were either overweight or obese. The rest was either normal or chubby; nobody was fit, no visible abs or quads. But what was even more embarassing was their attitude. I watche…

Don't worry too much - it will soon be forgotten if you cover it with playful, feminine behaviour now and in the future :-) Do something nice for him - a special (complicated) dish, some selfmade cookies, love notes, wearing your most beautiful dresses and taking extra care in your appearance when not "necessary" (you're both in the house and non-RPW would normally put on sweat pants and an oversize shirt). In the future, before joining an argument for the sake of being right, try to repeat in y…

If he couldn't pull himself together after a relationship duration of only 9 month, what will you have to face if you stay together for a long time? 9 months is nothing, if he was that into you, he would still be in phase 1 and newly enarmoured of you. Also, you will never get past it. It will probably haunt you and lead to discussions over and over again. So my advice is to cut him off. Tell him it's over non-dramatically and cut all contact (block him on facebook, whatsapp,...). Good luck!

Another German, cool :-) I think Zalando offers a great diversity, also concerning price levels. Only and Vero Moda tend to be quite affordable and have many cute dresses this season, too!

I recently got this skirt which is waist-high and can be combined nicely with a white longsleeve. I also like this dress and could wear this cute sundress because of 25 degree here :-) Some more fashion items I thought to be cute and feminine: 1 2 3 Concerning fitting shoes, I adore wedges. Hope to be helpful :-)

My boyfriend and I live together for half a year and are together for 2 years. We've talked about marriage and kids and stuff, but in Germany, marriage doesn't have the significance it seems to have to US people I think. Here it is: Have a long term relationship in your twenties, move in together, maybe start getting kids when you finished university (26 for me, medical student), marriage at 30 if it is of importance to you. But there would never be the discussion if moving in with someone affec…

I like Katniss_Grangers approach. Ignoring them totally may be the most explicit but then I don't want to be impolite either. On top of that, when I get "street-approached", many men tend to ask a neutral question ("Excuse me, where is XY?") at first, so you can't spot the advance from the beginning.

May I ask how old you are? If you're still a student like me, you're probably in your mid twenties. I've read mixed reviews about using retinoids in our age, why would you still recommend it? I'm struggling to buy retinol serum because I always assume I'm to young for it so it may have no or even a contrary effect.

Hello, been a long time lurker and now poster :) Nice sub that reflects my beliefs and way of life. I'm from Germany, 24, medical student and TRP helped me improve myself to a great extent, both inside and outside. Have a nice evening/day!

I guess she wanted to say that it isn't a problem to shave her legs in front of her SO but concerning her lady parts it is. I can relate to that

Anything tight but with long sleeves/legs, for example leggings? Another solution might be a warmer blanket, I have a "cassette" bedcover with down feather filling, you can't get cold under it even when it's under -30 degree outside. Good luck! :)

May be relevant: I stopped wearing wide comfy chillout pants at home in front of my boyfriend. If you don't go to workout why wear them? Even then yoga pants do their job well, too.

Thank you :) ...I wanted to share my Invisalign experience and encourage her

Very good advice! I recently got Invisalign and it is totally worth the money. OP, if you consider this and have questions, don't hesitate to PM me :) Rules revisited is a great source for self-improvement inspiration in my opinion btw. If you are in great shape, keep your hair long and shiny, dress and apply make-up properly, you do things many girls don't. Stay positive! :)
