I get your point, but, we can’t convince them it’s not so much that the “women are worse drivers” than it is “The women they are hiring are bad drivers”. They have a quota set by the government to try to get to a 50:50 ratio, in an industry that mostly appeals to men, so they take any women they can to meet these quotas, as long as they pass the medical, where the men really fight for the positions through vigorous testing. Unfortunately, it means the person getting the job is not always the best person for the job.
