When it comes to people (including cops) who frame someone for a crime, the sentence should be what is typically handed out for whatever they were framing the person for. It seems to me rape gets you a decade plus; thus, this should be her sentence. Not some BS false report of a crime or anything minor. Minimally, I hope blackmail has some stiff penalties which match rape.

Decades ago, I was in a highschool where they were fighting racisim (it wasn't a problem at this highschool as about 0.5% of students were a minority of any type. I would suggest that if men are willing to claim they are having a period day there is something wrong with your workplace. A simpler solution would be to allocate 12 more sick days or 12 more holidays which don't require any notice. I suspect the men and women would be happier with this. But I have a feeling this person just doesn't like workers having rights at all, men or women. Especially, the right to not have to come beg and grovel for time off.

Sarcasm aside, doing such a thing is literally fighting for freedom. Not pushing back the hun WWII style, but these people are clearly against freedom of speech. I felt a little bit bad as I suspect that life keeps knocking her over on a pretty much daily basis. The key question is how many other people would that guy knock down?
