She's probably lying about being pregnant. If she's not lying, don't acknowledge the child is yours. At all. Simply tell her that a paternity test will be required. The reason I say she's probably lying is that I have known women who've done this to men, and then once the man marries her, she 'miscarries'.

Yeah, possibly. And 'some' men believe that there's no such thing as rape. Why glorify 'some' extremists at all? They don't represent the majority. I think females who make up rape charges should be prosecuted. I think men who rape should be prosecuted. I think the majority of sane people agree with that.

This happened over 20 years ago, according to the author. I haven't heard of any cases in recent memory where two minors, who are two years apart, have had to face this type of court-ordered situation. Though what happened to this boy is terrible, they do treat these situations on a case-by-case basis. What's really terrible now is the trend of having kids register as sex offenders for 'sexting'.

No. I don't advocate punishing men for having sex. If I were to advocate that, I would say NOT to wear a condom. That way men would get women knocked up, and get STD's, especially HIV. I love men. That's why I advocate they wear condoms-every time. I want them to live and be healthy and protected. You have it exactly backwards from how I feel. And I agree with you about the laws, they need to be changed.

Only if you both are earning about the same amount of money, and neither of you ever stops working for any reason, such as raising a child, or due to illness or injury. Otherwise, if you try, it will probably be tossed out in court.

If I were you, I would have a lawyer do a post-nuptual agreement. You can't do a pre-nup, you're already married. Also, if that is the only thing she's ever lied about, then maybe you should just get counseling together to determine how to be honest about finances, and how your wife can earn more money to support the lifestyle she wishes to have. If you still want to divorce her, then don't stay with her afterwards. Move onto someone else. But make sure you aren't being overly controlling regard…

She's being a selfish prick. She wants you to drop everything so she can find a mark to support her lazy ass in the style she feels she deserves. Pursue your life. you're doing the right thing by your child, and that is your only obligation. If she sees your daughter as such a burden, take full custody of your daughter, and move on. I'm a woman, btw. I know the games women play.

I've never heard of a feminist or a feminism movement that advocates keeping female child predators anonymous while exposing male child predators. Citacion please? As a female who believes in gender equality, I think female child predators should be locked away from society for life, and I think male child predators should be locked away for life.
