Many issues here and virtually everywhere the main problem is lack of principals, where actions or behaviors are not equally judged. What it comes down to is basically tribel warfare, people who are seen as the "in group" gets a pass or encouraged, and those part of the "out group" get criticized. It is the main reason why many issues don't go anywhere, like going in circles in the desert under the sun.

Breath through your nose, breath 4-6 breaths per minute, breath into your lower lungs is probably one of the best self improvement advice you can get. From a physical standpoint you become more attractive by closing your mouth and a person who is relaxed and calm is more attractive. Obviously your mental state is much better by slowing down your breathing.

Humans are fascinating, that they are the only animal that follow a unstable leader or one that the leader will optimize his own need at the determent of his followers. There is no shortage of corrupt and villainous leaders around the world. "Can You be RedPill and not bash women" Yes you can, but the reality is human nature is not rainbows, flowers, and everything nice. But liberal media denies what is very apparent. They operate on what should be not what it is.
