She filed a bogus restraining order claiming I was harming the kid (no DV fortunately since we don't live together in the same state). The judge didn't sign the RO at hearing but appointed a guardian, so we're probably looking at 10k wasted. Now I have a temporary lease and am waiting for a hearing on temporary orders that will happen in April. We still have joint accounts and she is the one with the high paying job. That's why she didn't move, because she got a promotion. I've been keeping a journal since the last shit show meet up we had a few months ago, and have been logging every time she has or hasn't called to talk to him. I don't look at my boy's phone, so maybe she is texting him, but she doesn't call me to talk to him. THanks.

Thanks. I've been stay to gether for the kid for a long time, so even tho its only been a few months she's gone to me already. My boy is the best, single parenting is cake compared to trying to do it with her around. Just hope it lasts.
