12	So this is how they treat American parents at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Michigan who dont want to circumcise their boys? (Review on their facebook page). The NHS states unless its medically necessary its not covered by free healthcare so you have to go private which means its not offered. However. If you have religious reasons you can petition your Midwife and doctor who will decide if its in your child's best interests and still can be circumcised. The source that most use is from 2006 ish which I believe is this one that stated over 70% of fillicide was by a mother. An article of Breaking Science was done on the subject thats worth a read. The most recent study that I found was in Forensic Science international over here said that over 41% of offenders were female. However alarmingly over 58% of victims were boys. I come from the view of a tech background but I think I feel more insulted when employers see me as an easy quota. I want to be merited for my skills not my vagina and if there is a man more qualified I hope they do pick him rather than myself.
