Honestly, I'm not that sure how I feel about it. I am old enough that I was one of the last to have done our mandatory 2 years and I was fine with it. But then again, I never felt a threat to my freedom until now :/

Pretty sure everyone knows at least one guy who's life has been utterly ruined by Western divorce laws and toxic women. I know a couple sadly :/. Not even just divorced but litterally had their lives maliciously destroyed

Germany too. You get a portion of your partners pension points (Rentenpunkte or Entgeltpunkt) after divorce. Sick to be honest and exploitative. I know a guy who was married at 29 for about a year and a half to a woman he was with for 8 years. Not trying to be funny but, regardless of gender.. who is going to attempt to keep up a relationship where there other half is abroad/away the majority of the time. How do you build something from that? Honestly, sounds like a peaceful life but this is probably the only time I'd ever say in this sub.. really ever.. definitely not a gender thing. I bet the majority of people would not want this. Do your thing though, it sounds actually hella cool and you don't necessarily need a bird to be happy

Nah I disagree on this one. I'm more right leaning and my best friend is hard left, a bigger feminist than any woman I know and voted Geen party here in Germany his whole life. Harmless guy even if I think his politics are anything but, not a violent or erratic person (just somewhat nervous and has no game) but absolutely respectful to women and doesnt act like a creep/pervert. We seem to get on great for years. He may be an exception though, other than him I don't hang out with liberals

Me too, and I say that as a woman. I'm glad I live in a 2,000 strong village with terrible Internet connection. People are how they should be here. Trust me, as a Londoner I have seen both sides. I really worry for my younger brother sometimes what he has to deal with as a young man.

Speed running into a culture of a generation of men and women hating and avoiding eachother more than they already do. And this, from school age.. it's actually sad. I finished school in London in 2009, and can tell you we had nothing even close to this to contend with.

I would not have engaged. I was member of this sub called women over 30 and there was cancer like this being spewed daily to varying degrees of effed up. You can't reason with them, just disengage and let them argue with the ever inclosing wall which is all they'll have when their eggs dry up.
