Translation: easier to falsely accuse men of rape, and other things It’s not a legal proceeding. There are no criminal charges filed. The department of education under Obama basically set the standard for use of “Preponderance of evidence” whereas Betsy DeVos gave schools the choice to use “Clear and Convincing” or “Preponderance of Evidence” for the standard of proof. The article claims that the so-called "encouragement" comes between expressions of love, so this couldn't be a case of narcissism. This case really depends on where you draw the line on encouragement. I see the argument for anonymity, but then the government could jail friends and family without one knowing. That is a poor example, but it definitely conveys the argument. The law doesn't have to be just for you to follow it. I was only pointing out the error ( turning this into a MR issue.) in the comment I replied to.
