I'm in a long term relationship, we pay for separate things; he pays for our nights out, I pay for the gas I use in the car (we have 2 cars but use 1 please don't gaslight me again for making a smart financial decision) and I also pay for the groceries. He pays the bills. It's a great system! Works amazing for us

Depends what he means by "hard", some stuff in life no one can prepare for.

I agree with that. But my boyfriend is nowhere near "woke". He respects me and my mistakes, and me for him.

Not all men are trash, my boyfriend is proof of this

Yeah, on/off for four years now... It's good! Real good, I love him and can look past his mistakes, and he past mine

I thought so too, but some things I do that are practical I get shamed for. I got a PM for this comment telling me to dump him. :(

Best men I've ever met have had little to no social media, I much prefer face to face interaction and phone calls instead of online dating and texting

Because he thought I was in a relationship; I spent a ton of time with my male best friend, I could see why people think that

I've asked a guy out before, it ended well. Good relationship, but he wasn't the one. He understood and felt the same.

It's just the sub. I read through it, it's not all bad, there's a chart that outlines abusive and unrespectful relationships that some people need to see Edit; I realized this is the chart, but some stuff on here is similar in regard and actually helps girls and women in tough spots

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
