All fad diets work it's just that they are usually a huuuge shift from what that person is used to so the temptations to go back build up over time. 5	At what age for men is it easiest to attract and seduce women? You actually have a lot of control once you get at least to a 7+ in the looks scale, like don't you think that's what this subreddit is for lol, to learn how to speak/act more seductive. Once you're at least decent looking you have to realize nobody is out of your league/anybody can fall in love with anybody.
