But why would it even go to court? he is following the law. Because that's how law works. All cases, at least in countries using the English system such as America and, presumably, Australia, go to court to be determined who is in the right. Even if the case is completely frivolous, it still has to go to court so a judge can award damages and throw out the case. 0	Vegan Pass Denied Unless they have an allergy, they're making a choice not to eat animal products and there's nothing actually stopping them from eating meat other than their arbitrary choice. She decided to get drunk below the age and she should be responsible for the consequences.
