Yup, I looked this up last week and most sites say the absolute maximum is around 12 lbs of muscle in a year but it's extremely difficult. You're usually looking at 9-10 lbs in a year with a consistent routine.

With the 48 hour rest thing is there any reason not to do upper body every single day using a push/pull routine? That way you are training a different muscle group each day and each muscle group gets 48 hours of rest between workouts. I see so much stuff online about only lifting 4 times a week and I don't like it. I like to hit the gym every day.

I think they are saying that the theory has evolved but it's still based on the same ideas. Instead of giving it a whole new name as it evolved they kept the same name. I guess you could compare to things like "Keynesian economics". It's still called Keynesian but it's evolved since Keynes originally came up with it. That and the fact that white people (on a world scale) are minorities are great points. So I'm completely within reason and telling the truth when I mark down that I'm a minority. The big thing is that a lot of the time these kinds of questions ask what race you are and not if you're a minority or not. Fuck banks. Just put 1 million into savings bonds. Guaranteed return with increase. I think you get a hell of a lot more interest with savings bonds as well. Also there's an unnecessary comma in the first explanation and there is a period at the end of each explanation regardless of the fact that the first word in each line is not capitalized. There was an article in my cities paper today (just read it half an hour ago) which said that a new study says that 1 in 4 women are violently beaten by their husbands and 1 in 5 women are raped.
