Have you seen quotas for manual labour position in excavation, resource extraction, oil and gas, manufacturing? These are the male dominated professions. STEM, education, and managerial have been historically female dominated.

Sorry, the fuck are you talking about? Ukraine is building meat walls. Russia is advancing into Ukraine to "create a buffer zone" against the ephemeral NATO. Well guess what happens when Ukraine is part of russia? They need another buffer zone! All that while Europe, and NATO, are literally nearing economic collapse. Do I need to remind you who launched a full-scale invasion? Who advanced, and is still advancing, into another country, killing and burning everything in their way? It doesn't work …

One side wants to subjugate europe, killing hundreds of millions. The other side is building meat walls to not let that happen, out of just millions. So one side is, at the very least, 100x times less bad than the other.
