Rape is the only crime that you can decide 2 days later you are the victim of. My college roommate claimed at one of those "Take Back the Night" events that she was also raped. I think the point of the anti-circumcision for babies movement is that it should be a choice. If at 18 you want to do it, go for it. I'm a circumcised father who left his 2 boys' foreskins alone. No issues medically (despite the scare tactics) and they don't know any difference. If they want to lop off the foreskin when they are adults, I won't care either way. It's their penis to do with what they decide. Circumcision is not implied.
