Form whatever opinion you want. The innocent until proven guilty is a good maxim to live by, however. If they were ignored, they can file suit for prosecutorial misconduct, which I believe nullifies the statute of limitations.

My ancestors (the Celts) were enslaved and slaughtered by the Romans. But that oppression doesn't matter. More recently my German ancestors were literally oppressed for not being Catholic. More recently, in fact with in a few years of the slave being freed in America, my Irish ancestors experienced the Potato famine that was greatly exacerbated by the English. Agreed. If a woman has reproductive rights before birth and aftr birth over control of the fetus/child, the man (who is after all the origin of 1/2 of the child's biology) should have at least the right to know about the child.
