What should women do ?Men hate women. Definitely not true. As for 'what should women do', making the first (or any!) move in a relationship would be nice. It seems to be a massive oversight of the feminist movement, and it would pretty much nullify TRP if women were assertive. Unless a man wants to die alone (and he's not in the top 10% looks wise) he pretty much has to approach women, and given the anxiety and failure rate things like game and TRP are inevitable. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/05/15 07:33 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? Can you explain why you don't think these are gendered issues? Different genders experience them differently, certainly, but the common feminist representation of these issues is 'It's a problem for women, not for men'. Especially DV, where the entire notion that women can commit domestic violence is often dismissed. I don't know how /r/feminism works but /r/AskFeminists doesn't ban people who are polite and not trolling. In fact I'd highly recommend you ask your questions over there too, those … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 08:57 PM
An idea on how to move things forwards. If the feminist movement had started out with 'Lets lessen the burden of proof in rape cases' it would have gone nowhere. Some positions require nuance to support and are easily misrepresented and once you get a 'rape apologists' label stuck to you it's hard to remove it. At the moment the MRM is lacking in legitimacy, this is a way I see of bringing it. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/15 08:37 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?By contrast the education gap boys are experiencing is relatively recent and doesn't have as much public awareness and momentum. The first manifestation of the gap was in 1980, and the numbers in 1990 certainly denoted there was a serious issue. Is 25+ years really 'recent'? And still you've not given a single example of "Raising issues faced by men with feminists does not go well" or "Feminism will even take a non-gendered problem and treat it in a gendered way." Can you link some examples of a… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 08:28 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? And you repeat that "nothing" is being done about the education gap when an entire field of research on the subject exists. So, nothing is actually being done after a decade or so of this problem being apparent and getting worse? Some research? We have a multi-pronged plan to get women into STEM with very little in the way of evidence to why there are so few women, yet you can show me no evidence of any action that is being taken to help boys based upon this mountain of research. That feminists … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 07:39 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?Did you or did you not compare the MRA to the Klu Klux Klan? I am sure there are a veritable smorgasbord of analogies, but no, you went with the Klan. Classy. And unless you are dense then you'll realise that the entire image problem of the MRM is down to slander from feminists, such as the false Eliot Rogers link, and the endless anti-MRA hit pieces published in the mainstream press by notable feminists. If feminists were being attacked repeatedly in the mainstream press I would hardly blame th… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 07:13 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?Do you think spreading awareness is useless? Nope it's the first step I see it as the first step to getting more boys involved with art programs as well as de-gendering them as something 'girly'. Wait, what? The fact that students that do well are in traditionally 'girly' classes does not show that that doing 'girly' classes makes them better students. As with extra-curriculars, the fact that they are engaged probably leads them to take them, not the other way around. That's like saying that 'si… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 06:55 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? And feminsts don't fling shit? Didn't they manage to successfully create the narrative that 'Elliot Rogers is part of the MRM' despite absolutely no link? (If anything he was Blue Pill through and through). If you don't think that there are feminists all over the net doing nothing but dishing slander against the MRM then you are quite frankly deluded. Don't forget who shot Warhol, if you want to get in to a discussion of poor behaviour. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 06:20 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? So men are like white supremacists and wanting to tackle male issues such as the gender gap in education is akin to lynching people? Men should just wait for feminists to eventually get around to dealing with male issues, because doing it themselves is sexist? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 05:48 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? You might find this interesting So nothing is being done, basically? There's all sorts of affirmative action projects in place for women in STEM despite the overwhelming evidence being that they largely are not interested rather than 'patriarchy'. You just linked me some 'Oh well, that's the way it is, P.S. Women have it worse' piece with dubious conclusions (Post hoc ergo propter hoc seems to feature heavily). Again, what is being done? And by who? 60:40 is a pretty huge gap to be entirely unco… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 05:42 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?"Pipes" would be women's issues and feminists the plumbers. Nobody is denying this. It's the whole 'Feminism is just a synonym for equality' thing people have a problem with. As I pointed out with the education gap, I suppose I have only one question: In your 'house fixing' analogy, who is working on the serious issues of boys massive underperformance in education? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 05:18 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?Everyone can be “pro-fixing-houses”, but you still need plumbers to fix pipes, electricians to fix the electrical wiring, and roofers to fix the roof. And we need feminists to focus on issues that specifically impact on women. We need an LGBT movement to concentrate on the issues surrounding sexual orientation and gender. We need anti-racists to tackle racism. Huh? Plumbers do not claim to be 'general house fixers'. They claim to fix plumbing. Feminists claim to be campaigning for equality when … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 04:30 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality? So long as the lung cancer group isn't going around saying "nah, fuck [other legitimate group]", it shouldn't matter that they ignore prostate cancer specific issues. So I am imagining the frothing hatred for the MRM coming from the feminist camp? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 03:16 PM
Why is Feminism considered to be about equality?I fail to see your point. You respond to a claim that feminism is not about equality by saying that feminism is not about equality. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/05/15 02:23 PM
I knew the BBC had gone to shit, but this is a new low. "Banknotes are sexist now!"Here's a shot of what I have in my pocket. Not exactly sure how women are under-represented here. Linky! | /r/MensRights | 13/04/15 11:14 PM
Is there a single feminist who accepts the fact that men are on average worse off than women according almost all statistics measuring the quality of life and discrimination?actions It's this that is thin on the ground. The theory is wonderful but the truth is that the actions of feminists pretty much exclusively benefit women. It doesn't matter what the footsoldiers think if the head is owned by the extremists. | /r/MensRights | 20/03/15 04:32 PM
| -1 | Scott Adams (Dilbert): My Verdict on Gender Bias in the WorkplaceRemember that an article can only really be called fair if both sides are pissed off at parts of it. There's a lot of sugar in there for feminism to make the pill part easier. | /r/MensRights | 19/03/15 11:14 PM |
Turkish boy laments his circumcision. Definitely not a violation of human rights, nothing to see here.If there was a pill that had the same benefits and side effects of circumcision (without all the penis chopping) it would never get released and if it did no-one would buy it.. If you presented any man with a button that said 'Press this for a slightly reduced chance of catching an STD, but you may never be able to enjoy sex again and could even die' no man would press it. Yet people defend circumcision. | /r/MensRights | 05/03/15 04:45 PM

Mother slaps daughter, so police show up and murder the father.I can't find the link at the moment but no other police force in a first world country manages to kill even a tiny fraction of a fraction of the civilians that police in the USA do. E.G. from the UK where I am... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_people_killed_by_law_enforcement_officers_in_the_United_Kingdom About 1 per year, tops. So why to the cops in the states manage to kill so many people? If this happened in the UK there would be riots. | /r/MensRights | 18/01/15 10:55 PM
Gamergate - why it mattersOne of the spearheads of the anti-gamer movement, Anita Sarkeesian, has stated that she's not a gamer. There's no 'hard to prove' in it. | /r/MensRights | 21/12/14 09:04 PM

Gamergate - why it mattersmale space Read what has been written in the thread. All that was meant that the space runs according to male sensibilities, not female ones, and that the anti-SJW component of gamergate is objecting to it being turned into one. Look at DiGRA, who support a blacklist on twitter not only of people they claim (including CH Sommers if I am not mistaken) are 'harassers', but everyone that so much as follows them. Tens of thousands of people blocked for simply following the wrong person. Bringing fem… | /r/MensRights | 21/12/14 01:18 PM
Gamergate - why it mattersPretty much. She links to TRP and claims it's the home of 'Men's Rights' and uses that as a justification. What more evidence of a dishonest hit job do you need? | /r/MensRights | 20/12/14 06:04 PM
Gamergate - why it mattersLies, damn lies and feminists statistics. 1/3 of women are raped in their lifetime, women earn 23% less than men, circumcision has large benefits, etc. If you played Angry Birds on your phone a couple of times you are a 'gamer' according to that poll. You may argue the point but a statistic of that nature, along with the 23% one are totally useless as they provide no insight due to them not describing anything useful. The discussion is about gaming culture and the 'half of women' stat is meaning… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/14 04:53 PM
Gamergate - why it mattersThat's what I meant. It's easy to miss-type when you're on a rant. :) | /r/MensRights | 19/12/14 11:14 PM
Gamergate - why it mattersThat's the problem though. In an effort to give as little traction as possible to the harassment claims they are focusing largely on the corruption, which is the effect, rather than feminist cultural imperialism, which is the cause. | /r/MensRights | 19/12/14 10:52 PM
University bans word "freshman" because it contributes to rapePersonally I am waiting for them to come after the term 'gunman'. What's that? crickets | /r/MensRights | 20/11/14 09:08 PM
Why I am now a feminist (and you all are too!)You miss the point. According to accepted feminist dogma MRA's have no grounding as it's all feminist issues. If we claim, quite legitimately, that we are espousing a feminist viewpoint when discussing mens issues then feminists lose the ability to use the 'MRA are all misogynist scum' line and have to actively contradict the definition of feminism if they want to dismiss the argument. Basically they have drifted so far from what they claim feminism is that it's trivial to be more feminist than … | /r/MensRights | 20/11/14 09:01 PM
Why I am now a feminist (and you all are too!)The rule of debate with feminists online is that you do not try and convince them, as that is ineffective. Your goal is to convince the peanut gallert, and angering them by claiming to be a 'true feminist' often makes them display their true colours. According to the rules mra's are feminists, so embrace the badge if it makes feminists look ridiculous! | /r/MensRights | 20/11/14 08:03 PM
Why I am now a feminist (and you all are too!)Way to miss my point people! According to the rules of feminism, you are feminists. Which makes it hilarious to promote men's rights as a feminist as either they have to agree or go against the very definition of feminism. Seriously, try it. It's effective and hilarious! | /r/MensRights | 20/11/14 07:53 PM
Congrats MR 100,000 strong and counting.100,000, so if 10% give £1 per month, or 1% give £10 per month that gives a pot of £10,000 per month. I would happily contribute - anyone know anyone who is in a position to organize this as not doing it seems a massive missed opportunity. That money used in the right place could truly make a difference. | /r/MensRights | 11/11/14 12:08 AM
Congrats MR 100,000 strong and counting.I didn't even know about the MRM until a (why is it always a male) feminist went Full Godwin on me for some trivial defense of some stupid issue. If anything the feminists are saying 'If you disagree with our biased worldview you must be a MRM', and people are saying 'ok then'. | /r/MensRights | 11/11/14 12:05 AM
Rape is not an "issue", it's a crime.Amen to that. The fact that it's not uncommon to see a rape allegation (not even a conviction or even a trial) lead to suicide, and pretty much guarantee that the accused will be shunned by society for life pretty much proves there is no 'rape culture'. Also, since I have no overlap on the social venn diagram of 'me' and 'rapey douchebags' I am unable to 'teach them not to rape'. | /r/MensRights | 07/11/14 10:51 PM
Woman who attacked her boyfriend with a hammer, pole and broken bottle jailed for eight years after 'one of the worst' cases of domestic violence police have seen.whiteribbon.ca I have wondered if the people behind the White Ribbon campaign had any idea about the White Feather campaign (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_feather) and how horrendously bad their choice of name is? | /r/MensRights | 31/10/14 09:33 PM
I wonder if this is just a cover for false rape chargesPersonally it looks like she is putting her money where her mouth is. I doubt she would go to all this effort if there was no truth to it. Rape is a real problem for women. Claims of such are being devalued but we can still assess claims on a case by case basis and just try to filter out the crazy rather than dismiss it all because of statistic-padding by the feminist movement. | /r/MensRights | 23/09/14 10:20 PM
This is currently on the front page of /r/feminism; what do the masses here think of it?Amen. Blaming any other group for an action of a tiny subset isn't acceptable anywhere else - and shouldnt be. | /r/MensRights | 23/09/14 05:20 PM
