No way you're talking all this shit about being a business owner and turn around to say you're also one because you're a partner at a professional services firm. Do you not still have bosses?

On the flip side there's a saying, "If you're irreplaceable, you're unpromotable". When you get to a position of power, other's success becomes your success. Especially when you're no longer a code monkey.

Nice bro this is the most generic boring advice I've ever seen. You told this guy to keep doing what he's doing after he's reached out saying he's bored of doing what he's doing. If I were this guy who's seemingly "completed" himself, I'd look outward. Sounds like you need a purpose. For most guys at this point its kids and financial security which it sounds like you both dont want and don't need. As corny as I'd sounds, you need to add something to the world. You can set new PBs, make more mone…

From an anecdotal perspective, the Big 4 "Accounting" firms have good Cyber Consultancy practices. I've got to work on some Cyber Incident Response jobs which were really exciting. Especially around the pandemic, companies are taking their security seriously. Plus, some of the most charismatic and driven men and women I've even met work at these places. Since most of the high level roles are essentially sales jobs too - you get to see another side of the IT Security world other than just dweebs.…

Thats true that it's ever changing - the same level of fitness discipline at 22 may not be enough to get the same, or even positive results at 32. Good point

Interesting point - although you can see this have the opposite effect especially in those particularly dedicated to fitness. If your self discipline prevents you from enjoying outings with alcohol or "bad" food, stops you from making other activities due to your commitment to training, is it hindering or freeing? I'm not really making a point, more of a point for discussion. At what point does Self-discipline impede your freedom? It's incredibly difficult to manage self-discipline to always be …

You're a fucking retard and will live a similar shithole life this idiot will. If you're proud of fucking your sisters girlfriend, and calling it alpha - you're a little beta bitch boy whom is so fearful of your masculinity crumbling you'll throw anyone under the bus. She might be psycho but so are all teenage girls. Redpilled men are respected, provide leadership within their social circles. Insecure weasels like you and OP are proud of ruining relationships by fucking any two legged creature a…

This post might mean anything if it came from anyone with any sort of experience in life. Go out and live a little then come back and give us some battle stories. This sounds like you've had an easy ride and are now telling us how great life can be.

I would argue that maximising female benefit doesnt reduce Male benefit in a relationship. As a disclaimer, I probably wouldn't date a woman like this, but I'd say I follow the same mindset for my own relationships from a Male point of view. I think we tend to think logically in every aspect of our lives, weighing pros and cons, doing some sort of low level risk analysis, up until we think about an intimate relationship - then it all goes out the window. I need my partner to do certain set of th…

Can you point out what exactly in that ideology is wrong? Looks like women looking out for their best interests. Although the content sucks as it's just memes, I dont see why women advocating that they shouldn't make their man the center of their life a problem?

Sounds like she's really fucked you up my man. If you were as confident she needs you as you say you are, you wouldn't be here asking what her texts mean, you'd be fucking her already. From a really honest place, you need to stop talking to this girl. You're trying to prove something to yourself, or to her. No woman, let alone a 20 year old, is worth this much effort. She might fuck good, but there's thousands of other girls within a stones throw that do as well. Just cut all contact, and I thin…

Maybe you could survey your options. Shop around and see if there's anywhere out there that you would actually want to work for also. Once you've gone to a few interviews, you're in a position of power when bringing this up with a chief. It's fine to let it go and not hold animosity. But if it really is as important to have trust as you're stressing it to be, then you've got to look out for yourself first.

Seems like the real question your asking is about work. What options do you have? Quit your job? Get him replaced? Find a new partner? If you truely can't work without having "Unmistakable trust" for this guy then you can't work with him. What's talking to this man about feeling blindsided going to solve for you. Do you think he could win your trust back? What would it take? If it's not possible then it seems like you're either going to: a) let him determine whether something goes horribly wrong…

Do you work as a jester at a rape helpline or something? Are you seeking out rape victims then telling them jokes or later finding out they've been raped after telling the jokes? This is kind of like taking a visit to a child cancer ward and telling cancer jokes. I agree with the rest of your comment, but I probably wouldn't recommend anyone bust out rape jokes to try and humor rape victims.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
