It's more of a common law marriage, I didn't propose and we didn't have a wedding. But to the govt. we are in kind of a marriage situation.

Not American, and I've seen help. Basically I had a meeting with a lawyer and he informed me that its a dangerous game I'd be playing if I wanted to try and get full custody because in the same way that it would be difficult for them to prove she raped me, but if she were to turn around and say I raped her I'd probably be finished.

That would be the line for me, when the child is afraid to go behind closed doors with the mother that's when the child's best interest needs to be re evaluated.

It sucks that when he went to go get his things she basically said "he's in my house he's mine again" and for him to say she slammed a door on him when he tried to leave.

She said it best in the video "You're smart", he is... He didn't say anything incriminating or anything that could be misinterpreted, he let his son have a discussion with his mother about his concerns about his own safety.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
