Women spend more, are more likely to purchase discretionary goods and services via debt, more likely to pay back debt, pay debt for longer before declaring bankruptcy, have a higher debt to income ratio, more likely to overpay for goods and services, have a higher income for the same employment, more likely to spend on high margin goods, and basically every other metric that makes them the perfect consumer. The swing state I live in does this you would have to check other states. I know there are others but most do not do this. My state also allows people to turn in mail ballots for other people.
