Yeah wtf. Bunch of overly sensitive weirdos who overreact to everything on here now.

Lmfao dude, you're sensitive as fuck.

Oh big time. It takes conditioning, but you can get out of that mindset for sure.

I second this. I keep propranolol just for the most stressful situations like public speeches, job interviews, etc and it's great.

I took it for granted after being on it for a few years and went off of it because I thought I was fine. My life spiraled downward so quickly after. Lost a six figure job, dropped out of school, and nearly lost my ltr. Once I realized what it was I went back on and I'm doing a lot better now. Definitely helps when you need it.

Beta blockers like propranolol can be great for that with little side effects compared to most anxiety meds. They prevent some of the physical effects of anxiety like rapid heart beat. It's common for public speakers, musicians, and others to take them before performances, but anyone can benefit from them in stressful situations

Don't worry about it, those are shit.

"Huh? I thought you knew you were my first ;)" Something like this, or the inverse where you obviously exaggerate the number help to get a laugh, then you can usually dismiss the question by playfully making fun of her for wanting to know, or saying it's not a ladylike question, etc.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. If it was a random girl he fucked a couple times then yeah, soft next... but it doesn't fit here. Especially since he said in the comments that they live together.

Make sure you add words like "I'm pretty sure" or "it looked like" before you outright say she had herpes. That'll help you in the rare case that she sues for slander. If it's phrased as an opinion you're usually clear.

You're right, I missed the comment about him not currently lifting. I assumed he'd already know that's a must for his situation.

Roids don't hurt. They'll thicken you up real quick and give you a lot more confidence. Just do them properly and don't go overboard.

Just got back on. My level of motivation never got back to where it was when I was on, and I'd been off for over a year. I really wish I never went off, a lot of aspects of my life have seriously taken a negative turn and I think that might've been a factor. It's different with each person and drug though, so feel it out. I was (and am now) taking wellbutrin.

The fact that she's a single mom should be enough, but almost 20 years older than you too? Man you should be dating girls close to her daughter's age. Think about it, do you want to be dating a senior citizen when you're in your prime?

Read the 48 Laws of Power if you haven't already, it'll help you understand how to handle each kind of power dynamic. There's no one size fits all approach, so you need to handle each situation and hierarchy very different. If he finds that letting things slide with this professor helps his grade, it doesn't mean that it's the approach he should always take in other situations.

That's a tiny amount too... add some tren and a little more test and you'll really see some next level gains.

Yeah, doesn't bother me at all. However, I once had a mattress get ruined after the girl went to sleep without a tampon after we finished and bled all over it.

You got stood up twice by this girl and she's saying things like "Your face sucks"... why is this girl still around?? Have more respect for yourself and have nothing to do with her, unless you can't avoid her for some reason (if she's from work, school, etc.). Definitely don't invite her to the tattoo appt, even if you want her there and she hints at it again. If she was into you she wouldn't stand you up, especially not twice. She sounds like an attention whore that likes having you around for …

Saying she's feeling "heart broken and used" on her IG story after you went on 2 dates? Sounds like the attention starved, manipulative crazy type. I've known a lot of girls like that and a lot of them end up getting pregnant on purpose after their normal social media attention tricks stop working as well. Be careful with this one. She should've said that to you directly if she wasn't just trying to get attention from other guys at the same time.

Thinking about saying I hurt my foot in the gym so I can’t walk for now and see what happens lol Sounds kind of like "I'm a crippled shut-in, come keep me company", which is not something I can see getting her to come over.

Get your Test levels checked, get off the porn, and possibly look into ED meds. You can get generic viagara, cialis, etc. on kiwidrug.com for decent prices without a prescription and they work wonders.

I agree with being honest and I definitely agree there are many downsides to dishonesty, but I think there are certain things that you can be honest about without being specific. For example, a plate asked me to rate her from 1-10 once. I smiled and told her I thought she was pretty (true), and she quickly backed off from wanting an actual number. I could've told her a number, but it's easy for me to imagine several ways that it could be used against me, regardless of the number I gave. I think …

Why ever tell her a specific number though, whether true or not? Seems like there's no real upside to being specific if it can be avoided.

I've had a couple experiences with older women (38 was the oldest, I was 25), I feel like there are definitely some benefits, like they're usually easier to fuck and they're often down for a lot of pretty kinky stuff, but there are also obvious downsides. They seem to be a lot more clingy and want to push things toward an LTR, so you've got to make sure that you're in control of expectations. All the older women I've fucked have been ONSs, with no real history of anything before, and very limite…

Weed and alcohol (not too much) do it for me. Throw in a viagra or cialis in the mix and you'll be good for a hell of a long time.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest reading The 48 Laws of Power. Law 4 addresses this pretty well and gives examples of how saying less can make you appear more powerful. To me it all depends on why you're choosing not to speak. Is it because you're afraid and/or don't know what to say, or don't have anything of value to contribute? Or is it because you're confident enough not to need to prove yourself or feel obligated to give your two cents about everything? Are you quiet because you're afrai…

Thanks man. Yeah, I have definitely had a few imaginary BS convos, I'm trying to stop that. I for sure won't let it happen again. It happened 2 other times before this but I had no idea why, since I was a total AFC. TRP is powerful stuff though, I can totally see how I went wrong, over and over.

Great feedback. I'm new as shit at this and grew up Mormon, where dating is super different, so I have little idea of what I should be doing. Any PUA advice is appreciated. Technically you didn't pickup anybody but how did you open? Why did you buy her a drink? Did they already have a drink? I guess that's true. They didn't have a drink yet, but were headed to the bar to get one. I approached and said "would it upset your boyfriends if I bought you girls a round?" Them: "Our non-existent boyfrie…

Totally - I had oneitis bad. I guess I'm still trying to shake the last of it if I was even thinking about trying to get back at her like that. You're right, she wouldn't have cared or it would just validate her decision more. She's been blocked on everything and I deleted her number. I'll add a TLDR, still a reddit newbie as well.

Good point. I've been told by 3 different girls that I've been the funnest date they've ever had (all pre-TRP, of course) but yet I'd get blindsided when they didn't want to move things in a more intimate direction. It makes perfect sense to me now, I was kind of trying the trust & comfort first, sexuality second approach because I thought that's somehow what they were looking for. Total beta approach. I need to be more overtly sexual from the outset.

One recent one was I picked this girl up at a concert, I bought her a drink and was using C&F to get some initial interest and I felt like it was working pretty well. She was with a girlfriend and they both were laughing at my jokes, and they both kept insisting that we hang out in the future. I told them IDK about hanging out because I was drunk and didn't know if I'd like them sober - more C&F and they seemed into it. They thought it was cool I was confident enough to go to a concert alone and…

Not many, only 2 or 3 at the moment. I'm getting decent with approaches and initial pick-ups but I feel like I kind of struggle with maintaining interest. Probably because I make myself too available, which would go away if I were to spin more plates.

100%. I hate that I had to even ask whether or not I should, but I'm glad I did, since it's obviously unanimous that I need to ghost her.

Thank you. I had neglected myself for too long while investing so much into shitty women. I'm only 25 though, and working toward law school, and of course hitting the gym and trying to improve in other ways. I guess this is a good wake up call to devote more energy on those things instead of on women that don't even reciprocate it.

Wow, you're totally right. I had the bigger part in being a total chump in the first place. I guess the only likely outcome of sending her anything would be that she would see me as the pathetic AFC that I was being in the first place. I think she really has so justified everything in her head that she wouldn't even care, and I would look even more pathetic for caring so much.

Yeah, it sure does suck. It was a good learning experience though I guess, since it puts so many TRP principles on display IRL. I appreciate the advice, I definitely was doing things wrong from the beginning with this one.

True. Her LJBF text made me feel bad initially because it said a bunch of shit about how she was all sad and that she wanted to keep me because she thought we were close friends and shit, but that was a bunch of garbage.
