Everything was very basic, but if you want to know I saw them checking their muscles and bones while they where studying, so I went there, said "hi", presented myself and asked them "do you guys study medicine?". At first he seemed confused by the fact I approached, then just normal. Judging by the look and expressions, he wasn't a super confident guy, but he didn't seem paranoid or anything. I mean, he was friendly during the conversation, but the girls talked the most. It was also quite clear from their behaviour before the approach that he wasn't a potential partner for them

Don't know, during the conversation he didn't talk so much and was the only one with the "why is he approaching" confused mood, but at the end he said me to call him just to check if he gave me the right number and seems genuine. At the end, I think I might invite them from him to my next house party (if I'm throwing one) and evaluate from it.

3 rejections are nothing really, a lot of girls will Just reject you for too many different reasons ( like they are just hanging out with someone else, that's common for a cute girl). The only important thing Is just keep trying and you will see things improving
