Wow.this is so primitive. Officers need to be more articulate. There was no meaningful and useful dialogue. They have to be trained on how to troubleshoot human psyche. People are animals and they need to know how to calmly act in the face of them. If you tell someone straight up in that tone you’re cuffing them that invites aggression. He should have formally stated that he will resort to force if she resists before even moving body.
