Hey man thank you for the wisdom I honestly feel like no matter what happens my character development will be crazy and it’s a loose loose for her because no what happens she’s always going to be the lier. And she’ll have to live with that. Ps: not a loose loose but you get what I mean.

if I’m being honest as soon as this is over I want to leave it all behind me, I don’t even wanna think about it and I feel if I tried for defamation it would just get dragged out for even longer, I know revenge would be sweet but for me I don’t want revenge I just want be a teenage boy who’s only cares in the world are video games.

I see where you’re coming from. But the fact is that this person is not popular she’s been kicked out of my school. Shes known to be a lier to the teachers and the students. A lot of my friends know the full story and they believe me, my lawyer says out of the thousands of cases he’s defended this is one of the most stupid. I haven’t totally curled into a ball and given up I’m still trying to live a normal life etc which I feel is the best thing for me to do but I’m also not going to parade arou…

I’ve been thinking about going to the gym for a while now, mostly because a lot of my friends tell me I have a lot of potential and maybe it could help with getting my mind off things. Thanks for the advice man

I’m trying my best to keep my head up high man I really am but when it’s late at night and its all I can think about I get lost in my thoughts and start thinking of all these possibilities and things to could happen to me which leads to loss of sleep etc. but recently ive kinda had the mind set of going through this will make me stronger in future life.

Yeah that’s the thing that I’m honestly worried about, my image. But the good thing is that people that know about it have stuck by me and know I would never do anything of that nature. You know I just want a future, I want a family and a nice job I just don’t understand why someone is trying to take that away from me all for attention.

To summarise what the police said they basically said it could take up to 6 months for a actual answer for if the case is going to move forward and go to court because they have to build a case and interview witnesses blah blah. They then send it off to a court that will decide if there’s enough evidence for court.

Located in the UK. because I’m under the age of 18 the police are not allowed to ask me questions without a lawyer present. My school are aware of this situation and they’re helping get through this

I have a lawyer who’s currently pushing for the answer of it will go to court or not but he’s not been in touch about the verdict yet.

Yeah I’m trying my best to lay low. I’ve already got a lawyer. When I spoke to the police they said they’d be in touch about the case as they said it could end up in court but they said it was highly unlikely because of the of the “evidence” that she has given. I’m just scared if it does go to court and I do get convicted I don’t know if I’d have to attend juvenile prison or what. I don’t want this to ruin a life that I’ve not even started to live yet. Thanks for the advice

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
