I'm curios, why bother? The only reason you could have for wanting something like that is if you have oneitis. Why bother with a girl who has an alpha bf when you can find someone that IS into you and get her with wayyy less effort? Point 2 : I agree, but what do you say when that topic does come up? They usually won't drop it after a witty remark or something like "I did n't know i was supposed to keep count!". And if you say something like "i don't like talking about past experiences" or something like that i think that it comes off a bit beta since you seem uncomfortable.

One doesn't exclude the other... I don't smoke weed, but if someone likes to burn one from time to time i don't see whats wrong there. it's important to relax from time to time. Just keep it in moderation. That being said, yes, you should bang women and lift. They don't have to exclude each other, when it does then it's cancerous.

Video games keep the brain active which is good. It is recommended to masturbate a few times a week. Obviously if you do any of these too much it will have a negative effect. Do you have any advice to younger people (18-22) that still live with their parents? I already read Meditations, i really like it and try to incorporate it in my life. I do lift. I read the sidebar already, and i revisit it sometimes but i still can't fully internalize it i guess. The thing about making slow progress is it makes me angry :/ I know i can't do it all in one day, but when i start practising something i get annoyed that i'm not at the point where i want to be.

Not once did i say you aren't allowed to cry... A man should have dignity in life and in death. Of course you need to go through a mourning period, of course you can shed some tears, of course you can distance yourself for a while but you don't however have a complete mental breakdown. I completely agree with you! No one told me that, i came to the conclusion myself. Opinions differ and what is "right" is very difficult to define. I just had this crazy idea that killing people based on something they had no control over was a bad starting point. Isn't being amoral like the most anti-polarizing thing ever? I don't understand why so many here are against being emotional. I'm not talking about crying like a bitch over your oneitis, that's just sad. I'm talking about certainty, righteousness, just doing what you think is right.
