If that were true then it would have been resolved when moving up to a higher court, but it wasn't. Some people at higher level had to be getting paid off here, there's no way it could fail at all these levels.

I spend most of my time on the internet as part of my job and you'd actually be surprised how much of the internet Google doesn't index for one reason or another (as in not deliberately "deep web"). Reddit on the other hand as you say seems to have every single page indexed and on a very frequent basis, but it isn't this way for everything.
