| 2 | Drake Bell is INNOCENT...Taking both sides from this situation, I do agree the fact that he did screw up for replying to her, which he shouldn't have. But as for the victim herself, she should've been charged for one: filing a false report, two: perjury for lying in her testimony, three: for blackmailing Janet (Drake's wife) about the situation as well as having pictures of her phone meaning she was stalking her.
