1	How can I get over the inequalities and double standards in favour of women in dating? Biology does influence our actions & yes we are slaves to pre-programmes ideas (when looking at physical attraction) For example - woman are inherently attracted to broad shoulders in men. It’s not something they can control. Just like men can’t control being attracted to women with curvy body shapes. Those body features represent something desirable (strength, likelihood to bear children etc). They aren’t useless characteristics. Consider it from an evolutionary standpoint. As they should be. If women were only attracted to insecure, frail men we probably wouldn’t have survived as human beings. If a women is making you feel insecure, it’s probably a good thing.
