I never claimed that it doesn't exist. I said back in the days when it was a bigger problem, a real issue compared to what it is today.

I said EXTREME feminist for crying out loud. EXTREME! The fanatic end of the ideology. Not the everday regular eqal rights supporter. EXTREME!

Pateriarchy exist in certain parts of the world. But It's not as prevalent in the west. Women can divorce who they want, choose their education, choose their partner, choose to be alone, earn the same salary etc.. Women have it pretty good here in the west. I don't know any western women who can't do what men can't. so no, they are not oppressed here in the west! There are communities that oppress women. And there are parts of the world where patriarchy exist. But just not in the west. At least …

That's why the healthy thing to do is to unplug as much as possible from these types of content. Some of these extreme feminists, also call men like me women haters for not subscribing to their ideology. I subscribe to the feminism my grandma fought for. The equal rights, equal opportunities and equal freedom that women needed at that time when patriarchy was a real issue. Not Oh my god! Look at me, I'm so hot, and he had the audacity to take me to a chain restaurant. I'm so oppressed! The real …

Yes. It's also a form of confirmation bias. People seek out bits of information that matches their feelings, and current state of mind.

I think extremes on both sides are equally bad. The women who spread equally bad stuff about men are not better than the men who make wild claims about women. These wild claims about women are valid about some women, of course. But some are not the majority. We see these tendencies all across the board with different pillers. Not just Zander. I tried to talk sense with some of these supporters, but the men call me a simp, and women have called me a misogynist for claiming that there is equally t…

The first step is to limit social media, especially TikTok. Finding constructive and positive content is one of the first steps. Much of the garbage people post is rage baits, the more provocative sibling of click baits. Say something outrageous to get more clicks, attention, and negative publicity. As the old saying goes, all publicity is good publicity. The term incel has been significantly misused lately. Initially, it was men who felt they could not get laid and that their genetics were the …

As the saying goes, trying to wake someone who doesn't understand that they're sleeping is pointless. I think men and women need to be judged on a case-by-case basis. None of these ideologies are doing us any good. Bad apples exist on both sides, and man-hating "all men are trash" neo-feminism and the red pill are two sides of the same coin. They consist of traumatized men and women who are convinced they are avoiding women and men because they are such awesome people who deserve this and that, …

Dating apps are hit-and-miss. The odds are naturally stacked against most people. The app's developers created the algorithm and system to make as much money as possible. Trust me, even a former Colleague who looks like Channing Tatum's unknown cousin struggled. It was too many people with the wrong intention, catfishes, fake profiles and attention-seeking narcissists on there. I even met with 3 women from online dating after my divorce in 2020. One Ukrainian who was married, but lied about bein…

Looks matter, whether we like it or not. We won't get far on the market with only looks, or only character. That's why it's essential to engage in self-care. We need to be comfortable in our own skin, comfortable alone and build enough thick skin to handle life's ups and downs. We're going to have to face rejections, and we're going to reject people. Of course, we can grow our attraction for moderately attractive men, and women. But those who keep saying: Just give him/her a chance! You'd be so …

Yes. But a 3 could in many cases become a 5 or 6. I have a coworker who lost a lot of weight, got rid of her Bull-ring in her nose, and started to prioritize her looks. One day after the summer-break a brand new woman came into the building. I think it's delusional to believe it doesn't exist at all. But at the same time, it's not as bad as in the red pill. Super hot women can use their looks to their advantage, the CEO of a big business can use his wealth, assets and status to his advantage. I …

No responses in Online dating, is a common phenomena. Very many of the beautiful women are not even there with the intent of finding someone. Some are there for attention, and others could have signed up long time ago, but have found someone in real life. A lot of people are not serious in online dating. It seems like your friend is experiencing choice paralysis. The more choices humans have, the more difficult it is to choose. About 80% of men and women are average with potential. Leagues exist…

There could be some residual effects of quitting the red pill. Remember, this ideology puts a market value on people and puts down people who are not "high-value." I put high value in the quotation marks because I think it's a lot of bollocks. When it comes to assortative mating strategies, people tend to marry people of equal attractiveness, from similar backgrounds, similar status, etc. Model-looking women tend to go for the good-looking men with status, and ordinary people, like most of us, t…

Exactly. After being in a highløy toxic marriage/LTR with a slavic woman for over a decade before divorce, I learned that a hot woman, will destroy a man's life if she is narcissistic, bipolar or toxic in any way, shape or form. A pretty face gets old really fast if her heart, mind and relationship skills are not intact. A girl I spoke to who work in a anonymous hotline for abuse victims, basically confirmed that both men and women can be complete nutjobs. It's not a competition about who's wors…

Yes, I don't think a psychologist would say something like: If you're 5'5/165cm tall, the beautiful women you want are off limites for you. The rules for you is not the same as for the tall hot guys. If she settled for you, and decided to be in a relationship with you she will punish you. Oh my god, that sounds so harsh, but it's reality! It sounds like it's translated to: This is how I would behave with a short useless manlet. But I am generalising, and applying it to all women. I behave like t…

Well. I have also noticed that people who criticised her on social media, youtube, etc etc... were very often attacked by her. A mental health professional would not behave in that manner. Real mental health proffessional would not engaged in tit for tat fights, and exposure of each other. It's a crazy world out there in social media.

I agree. At work, there is this girl who was overweight, bad skin care routine, dressed poorly and had let herself go to the max. She looked like a 3, if we're going to speak that "on a scal of " language. She went to the gym, grew her hair longer, lost that weight and took care of her dental hygiene and face. All of a sudden she was like a new woman. Most of us are somwhere average, andin many cases even average with potential. I think someone who take care of themselves, and not letting themse…

Many of the girls have even showed interest first, but goes radio silent after I reply. Nah. I'm pretty average, and I got for average but good looking women. I'm not going for the models. Besides, It seems like the problem is the specific dating site I was using. I saw online reviews complaining about the same stuff.

I tried online dating recently, it was very frustrating. I only got attention from women I'm not attracted to, and the attractive women who wrote went radio silent the moment I replied. Not to mention the amount of 5' girls demanding a 5'10-6'3 guy. One of the girls told me to "stay in my lane" and understand that attractive women are not for men like me.

I was always a pretty self-aware, and nuanced person. I found the red pill, and black pill too black and white thinking. Their one-dimensional description of women, simply didn't match with my core views about women. But I still truggle with my self confidence. Because I was always told by red-pillers that I don't have what women want in terms of height, status, looks and that I need to be prepared for "ugly women". This obsession with leagues, chads, tyrones, and top tier guys simply destroyed …

In most countries, most men range from about 5'7-5'10. There are of course countries like Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Czech republic, Croatia etc.. where people are quite tall. But it's definitely not the norm. So 5'10 is not short. Not even in the "tallest" countries.

Looks are subjective, and most people have the potential to be at least average looking. Around 80% of us are somewhat average. If we are going to use this immature scale of 1 - 10, most of us are 4-6. But it's not static. Let's say if a person is in good shape, good dental hygiene, takes care of her/him self and wears good clothes, they can be quite attractive. But if they gained 30 pounds, started giving up on themselves, and purposely allow themselves to deteriorate, they would go from a 6 to…

If we look deep enough, we can find things we agree with and disagree with pretty much any influential persona. Most influencers don't care about young men or future generations. They are there to make money. A man who really cared about women, and the well-being of men, would not be cunning women into prostituting themselves on a cam-girl site, and find ways to take away as much as their salaries as possible. He admitted to be using the Lover boy method to dupe these women. They prey on mentall…

There could be many reasons a woman is single past a certain age. The men age like fine wine, and women like milk argument is ridiculous. Biologically speaking, of course, women have a different clock when it comes to having children. But it's not like she expires like a carton of milk, and they will age into an old-fart who smells like roses and dandelions (excuse my french). Of course, we cannot deny that they are right about some women. But in all honesty, most women I met were wonderful peop…

I agree to some extent. But i also don’t think it’s fair that she tells short men to not bother with beautiful women. If a man is average, he should have the ability get an average to upper average looking woman. I agree that those leas attractive uncle types shouldn’t expect too much. Entitlement exist in both genders. But a short but otherwise ok looking guy, shouldn’t have to settle for women they find unattractive. Not saying she had to be a model. Couples who trust each other shouldn't need to check each other's social media or phones—I'm just saying. My exes and I never did that because we didn't see the point in being this controlling. These dating coaches are someone I would pay little attention to. Conflict resolution is an essential part of any healthy relationship. There will be problems, disagreements, and disappointments. But it takes two emotionally healthy adults to solve them together. A lot of these coaches are teaching men to…

My problem with many coaches, in general, is that they treat women like impossible creatures who will dump you for one single tiny mistake. Also, the emphasis on red flags, and eliminating people based on red flags is slightly problematic. But stop right there, let me explain. Identifying alarming behaviors such as manipulation, gaslighting, abuse, problems regulating their emotions, gold digger tendencies, and otherwise potential bipolar/narcissistic/psychopathic tendencies ARE important. But w…

It's always the lunatics who get the attention. The peaceful majority are just minding their own business. The tabloids thrive by blowing stuff out of proportion. Religious fanatics exist in every religious community.

The social media world and outside our door world are two different things. A handful of women are probably like how they describe. But they are so few that we can't paint a whole gender with one brush. Toxic women, and men exist, but they are never the majority. I was married to a female narc, and would not wish it upon my worst enemy. But it doesn't make me bitter, or label all women. We all dodge bullets in life, but we need to judge people individually.

I agree with you. Many "exposed" and criticism videos exist, even by licensed therapists, who try to debunk these young men's common core issues. Not just videos about Hamza but about various similar coaches. I have tried to have healthy discussions with some of these men, but they accuse me and similar men/women of being blue-pilled and copers. The red pill is right about some women, and the red pill is right about some men. I believe the truth is somewhere in the middle. We can't deny parts of…

I think part of the problem these days is that many younger people lack good role models. Many coaches are still barely adults and have not gathered real-life experience. Some of the problems I see in the community are: Never date a woman with a high body count; they're bad new vs But as men, sleep around as much as you want so that women will want you more. Women raised by single moms are traumatized, hate men, and are ruined.. I was raised by a single mom, too, and I'm traumatized as well, so …

Yeah, I agree. High-value man does in fact not say much about a man's values. Tall, wealthy, drives a Bugatti, and good looking is of course something women tend to value. But women who look deeper into a man's character would not value a relationship with a"high-value man". Is he loyal? can he stand his ground? does he have healthy levels of masculinity? is he competent? is he financially literate? Is he a good listener? what about the kind of role model he is?? Their definition of a high-value…

All of these nofap, alpha-o-mega-giga-greek-alphabeth coaches are full of it. I agree that self-improvement is a good thing etc, etc. But I don't think any of these coaches are particularly good for young men's self confidence. The truth is that the algorithm loves controversial stuff. This red-pill toxic nonsense gets way too much attention and clicks. A lot of these social media narcissists are just regurgitating each other's content with pseudoscientific so-called facts.

Spend a lot more time out in the real world. Interact with people and women more, and work on your social skills if needed. First step is acknowledging change is needed. The world is not always kind, but toxic black pill as a cope is not the way to go.

It's such an age-old fact. This is nothing new under the sun. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1691114/pdf/12350254.pdf In 2024, I didn't think it was something new to people that women tend to view tall men as more dominant and masculine. Women often preferred TALLER men, but the 6 ft thing is largely a modern social construct. And no, tall father does not automatically mean tall kids. A kid can inherit their height from both mother and father.

Look it up. It's an old fact that back in the day, in hunter/gatherer societies, women gravitated towards taller and stronger men as providers. They were also more likely to be able to protect their family. Google it yourself, and studies shows that tall men have more reproductive success. But it also depends where in the world we are. For example, in Asia I had no problems. But locally here, I have more problems.

Well, to put it this way. Attraction is the base of both relationships and "casual" encounters. So when a woman sleeps with a short guy, she must find him attractive enough to sleep with him. Sexual attraction has to be there in FWB, one-nighters, or long-term. So I would say that if a woman sleeps with a guy, there's an attraction. I would just say go with the flow, whenever a chance occurs.

I'm not going to lie. Being only 5'7, and living in Scandinavia, where men are, on average, 5'10-6'1, It has had its challenges. But it doesn't matter as much as it seems. Social media is flooded with garbage that makes it seem like this is the only thing women care about. The problem is also social media. On social media, all attention is good attention. I suggest getting off these channels, as they only give men a confirmation bias. I have been in several relationships and married once to attr…

And so is deflection and blame-shifting. It's text-book narcissism to blame others for their abusive actions. For example my ex would say: It's your fault that I can't control myself. If you didn't do X, or Y when I told you to do Z, none of this would have ever happened.

Women don't BECOME narcissists because of men. Narcissists are usually created during childhood. Those online personalities who are narcissists were narcs long before getting on social media. She even said in a video that short men can't expect attractive women because those women are above them in every aspect. She also said that if a beauty settles for a short man, she will punish her man for it. In another video, she said that the top 1% of women deserve to be entitled and stuck up because it…
