You got played brother. There is no saving this. Your kids are your top priority right now. Forget the long-distance parenting crap. Either you continue working in your current job and the kids come with you (she can move too if she wants) or you find another job closer to your kids so you have 50-50. Stop trying to find colourful solutions or alternatives to this. These are the only 2 viable options. Also, no more mr nice guy. Find a lawyer to protect you

I belong on the conservative right, so opposite side in the political spectrum as you do (although i don't live in the US). I agree with almost all the things you mentioned. The only thing i disagree with what you wrote is no-fault divorce. Since marriage should be treated as a contract, fault for breach of such contract should also exist. The definition of fault can also be defined within legislation.

Sounds to me she wants you for the convenience and security perks of a husband but not having the responsibilities of a wife - i.e. even though she says that she is not going to date anyone, that's exactly her plan. I would hear her views and then decide. Even though the hardcore feminists are the most vocal, there are girls out there the consider themselves feminists but are in favour of equality rather than female superiority and actually acknowledge different traits in each gender.
