You can buy as many pua books and programs as you like but if you don't actually approach nothing will happen. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. It seems you are afraid to approach, but you shouldn't, even if you get rejected it's no problem. It makes you grow a tougher skin and improve. I suggest trying the 3 second approach rule.
