I am not disagreeing with you, I just want to point out something. Do you think the outcome for a male teacher would be the same if he was dancing up on students at a dance? Would it have been to get to the point that this situation got to? The sex is such a small part of the story to me.

I want to point this out because of all the comments saying that she did nothing wrong, etc. The problem isn't about the sexual act. The problem is that it was allowed to get to that point. Imagine the genders were reversed and a 23 year old teacher was dancing up on 18 year old students. Whether its right or wrong, I wont get into that. Very unpopular to say this in my industry, but programming. We have some awesome programmers of both genders, but most of the women we hire do very poorly. This mostly applies to Jr. programmers. Straight out of school, our female Jr. programmers are horrible, and rely on Sr. programmers for help with simple tasks. Out of a class of 15, we generally will keep 2. Out of a class of male programmers we keep around 8.

TBH I almost understand it a little. Gay men are told that they will not be accepted by the hetero world. That tolerance is the best they can accept. People may think I’m trying to be funny but I always have a hidden camera set up in my hotel room if I’m meeting a stranger alone. Even if it’s just a coworker coming by to drop something off.
